The Blacks

When I woke up, the first thing I knew I had to do was feed. Projecting too long took away too much energy.
So I quickly showered and dressed into my usual comfortable clothes. Which was just some khaki chino's and a jacket.

When I sped down the stairs, I came to a halt when I got a whiff of Paul. I guess he smelled me because he got up quickly.

"How are you feeling?" He asked me not making eye contact.

"I'm okay...I-I need to go hunt." I said expressionless.

"Oh yeah. I'll leave." He said walking out after me. As soon as I shut the door, I turned to see him walking away.

"Hey Paul." I called out, which had him pause and turn around quickly. "Thank you... For what you did."

"No problem." Was all he said before I sped of to hunt.

Once I got home, I had a vision Bella was going to call and tell me her plan, so I took another shower. This time I put on some jeans, a stripped shirt and a army jacket. So I texted her I'd meet her at Charlie's.

"Hey what's going on?" I asked Bella as I got out of the car. Charlie was carrying Ness while Jacob stood next to him and Aunt Sue. She didn't say anything so I just nodded knowing exactly what was going on. The message Alice left her.

"Do I smell food?" I asked Aunt Sue when Bella drove off. I could smell it, the smell of chicken,tomato,garlic and cheese issued from the kitchen.

"Yeah, lunch is on the table. Come inside." She spoke laughing.

Once we sat down and started eating, I decided to clear away the silence.

"So, uncle Charlie, I think since Jacob told you the truth it's time I did." He looked from Me to Jacob, and then Back to me. "Yepp, me too. It's why I left two years ago. I thought I should clear that up. Uncle Billy told me you were calling everyday tin case they've heard anything....Thank you. Thank you for caring."

He just nodded as we continued eating in awkward silence again.

"So, what are you doing for Christmas?" Aunt Sue asked me.

"Christmas? I didn't even remember. Wow! I didn't even think about it... Actually I didn't remember."

"Wait, your telling me you haven't bought anything? Or put up any decorations?" Charlie asked me. I nodded. "That's probably where Bells went off to."

"I should probably do that right now. Jake, Ness? I'm going to pick up Leah, want to come with me?" They shook their heads yes so, I helped Aunt Sue clean up before leaving and then drove to Emily's to pick up Leah.

"Leah! You ready?" I called out once I walked into the house with Ness holding my hand.

"For what?"

"I didn't realize... Christmas Eve is tomorrow Is tomorrow ...So... I'm going shopping." I spoke silently embarrassed.

"Well, it's a good thing your here. We're doing A gift exchange." Emily said walking in with a bowl full of names. "Are you in or out?"

"I'm in." I then sped to the sofa and pulled Ness into my lap.

"Renesmee. Do you wan to join us too?" Emily asked her motherly.

This made me smile to myself. I know she'll be a good mother. It's all she talked about, becoming a mother.

Once the names were ready and everyone was in the living room. I noticed two kids near Jordan and Quil. Well they looked about 15. 16.

"Oh yeah. Sorry Lil. This is Nina and Tyler Black. Daughter and son of Jennie Black." He then turns to them. "She is Lillian, your Alpha." He spoke.
