Episode 34: the tale of the orange and the blueberry

Tokyo: 6pm

Suna nervously walked around the venue, making sure all tables were set and ready so the guests could sit. The dinner was a celebration for their wedding announcement. In a few months the actual wedding would take place.

He ran from one corner to another, yelling at the poor staff who had to deal with the scary and stressed male.
"God! Is it so hard to put a fork straight onto a fucking napkin??"
The poor waiter gulped, slowly taking a few steps backwards.

Thankfully his lord and savior came just in time.
"Sun-sun, everything looks perfect love. Remember it's only the dinner, not the real thing yet. However, if u want we can start our honeymoon early, mhm?"

Osamu circled his arms around his fiancé's waist, making the latter blush a beet red.
"S-shut up! Stop distracting me Miya!"

"Don't forget you'll be a Miya as well Sunarin, don't insult your own last name~"
Osamu finished his sentence with pressing a soft kiss behind Suna's ear, making him squeak.

He quickly wriggled himself out of the grey haired's arms and ran away.
Osamu only chuckled at his adorable lover and looked over at the entrance. The dinner was going to start soon but first they still had to prepare the surprise.

A tall brown haired man entered the place an hour early. His body clad in a beautiful silk dark grey blouse and black slackers. His diamond earrings definitely finished the look.

"Oikawa!!"
Before anybody could phantom what was happening, Suna tackled Oikawa in a hug.

"Oh my god! You look so gorgeous! How was Argentine? How are you? Oh my god!"
Suna squeezed harder causing for his friend to wheeze out. Flustered, Suna quickly released Tooru, nervously giggling.

"Hi Suna! I missed you too!"
Oikawa hugged him again and Suna softly smiled.

"Thank u so much for coming! Everybody's going to be so happy to see you! I'm so glad the invitation got to you well!"
Oikawa let out an awkward chuckle.

"Yeah well I'm still shocked on how you found out my address."
Suna just smiled innocently and put his hand on Oikawa's shoulder, giving it a light squeeze as to say 'nobody can hide from me!'.

"That's not important! Anyways, Are you ready?"
Rin's eyes sparkled as he thought about his friend group reuniting.

"Yeah, as ready as I'll ever be."
Oikawa let out a soft smile, but Suna could see the obvious hesitation behind it. He knew why that certain glint in his eyes was there.

"If by any means you feel uncomfortable or uneasy, please let us know, we'll do our best to keep him away from you."
Oikawa gave a genuine smile and nodded.

"Now let me tell you the plan!"

"Bokuto where are you going?"

His sister, Makoto asked from the couch of his apartment where she was sat.

"I'm going to Osamu and Suna's birthday dinner."
Makoto hummed in confirmation and continued scrolling to the channels on the tv.

"Will my brother in law be there?"
Bokuto groaned out and put his face in his hands, being reminded of the embarrassing encounter he had with his ex.

"Shut up Makoto, after the stunt we pulled at the pharmacy, I don't think he'll ever be your in law anymore."
Makoto rolled her eyes and scoffed.

"Who the fuck even comes up with the idea of making your ex jealous by making him belief your sister's your girlfriend?"
Bokuto groaned in despair as his sister rubbed salt in the wound.
