For the next week, all we do is plan for these 'important visitors''s visit to the STD.

And it's the talk of the town.

Everyone's been talking about it ever since it came out in the news the day after we were told about it. And everyone's dying to know who these 'important visitors' are.

Some say it's a famous singer, actor or actress, maybe even a politician.

But we're about to find out.

All the prisoners are standing outside the prison and between us is a red carpet made from what looks like the richest velvet.

I'm next to Quinn and Rhea and we're talking about who these guests may be.

"Maybe it is a singer after all." Quinn says.

"Nah," I say. "I don't think a singer would want to stop by a prison don't cha think?"

"You're probably right." Says Rhea to me. "And speaking of this visit, do you have your script for the welcome speech, Alex?"

I roll my eyes. "Don't even try to remind me."

Sanchez picked me, me, out of all people, to welcome these stupid guests. He gave me a script on a piece of paper and said (and I quote) , "Don't lose it, Covey. These visitors are mainly coming for you." And I'll have to admit...I got chills down my spine when he said that.

Who are these people?

"Come on, Alex." Says Quinn. "I know you're not exactly leaping for joy to meet these people but you could at least have a bit more enthusiasm."

"This enough?" I say in a sarcastic, overly cheerful voice."

Quinn and Rhea share a look. "Needs work."

Suddenly we hear Sanchez, again, with the megaphone.

"Quickly everyone, places, places." He says. "They're here."

Quinn and Rhea both shoot me thumbs up and go over from behind the barrier to the red carpet.

An elegant black limo pulls up and the door opens like a flick of the wrist. I may be looking down at the 2 sentences I have to say but I can practically feel everyone's anticipation and curiosity.

"Psst, Alex." A voice whispers.

I look over and see Quinn and Rhea trying to get my attention and Quinn mouths something I can't understand. I mouth 'what?' back as a response and she mouths the thing back again but slower. I furrow my brow and look back down at the piece of paper again

One by one 2 pairs of feet in ridiculously expensive shoes step out of the car. I can hear the shoes patting on the carpet and I'm still staring down at my 2 sentence welcome.

Once I see the 2 pairs of feet in front of me I read out the lines from the piece of paper in the most bored, monotone and 'I don't want to be here' voice ever.

"Welcome to Hatterson STD. We hope you will get to know us better because of this visit."

"Thank you." A voice in front of me says and I feel my blood go cold.

No, it can't be.

I slowly look up and see the one of the people I vowed to never see again.

My abuela, the mayor.

And even worse.

Hayleigh is right behind her.
