The news was everywhere in a flash, Medalyn didn't know if she should feel relieved and laugh or to feel sorry and cry, all her friends thought it was a good punishment for Mr Spidvil, even Tess who was the cutest and youngest was excited about how Mr Spidvil ended up, Darwin was just calm about the news and most time switch to another channel when the news was read on the tv in the house, her parents had called her to go give him food, Darwin already told them she will be living with him so they had to persuade her to go visit Mr Spidvil occasionally and to bring him food, but Darwin had insisted she won't go to the hospital
"Alfred would go instead"
"Darwin...."
"I won't hear it Medy" he had said and walked away, Medalyn knew she didn't feel guilty but she couldn't smile about the situation either.

Mr Spidvil stared at the nurse as she cleared the room, he had just finished eating, he knew the accident was not a coincidence, but he didn't know how to report it to the police, he was already threatened by the one who planned the accident the very night of the day he woke up, he coughed slightly, the nurse was to attend to him but he signalled her with his hand to leave the ward, she nodded and walked away, he was to stand up when Alfred walked in with an innocent smile
"Uncle Darwin!" He said and raised the flowers in his hand before closing the door behind him, Mr Spidvil observed him, he was one of the most popular guys in school but he had never taught him
"You are here to represent your boys right?" Mr Spidvil asked smiling "I didn't expect you guys to come...besides I don't know you apart from the fact that you're part of the....." Alfred dropped the roses on the table by the bed, he chuckled, Mr Spidvil paused, he did not like the vibe and look on Alfred face, Alfred smiled, but it didn't look like a genuine one
"I didn't expect you to recover so fast....." Alfred said still gently touching the tip of the roses Mr Spidvil eyes widened, he felt he was about to have another accident, recover fast? Mr Spidvil thought he was going to be crippled for some months, he could only speak casually and smile because a lot of students have come to visit but this one was different and far from expecting his recovery
"Pardon?" Alfred looked at him and smiled then turned to him and held the bed then brought his head closer to Mr Spidvil's face, he could see the fear in Mr Spidvil's eyes, he sighed
"You should know who to deal and mess with....not everyone let's their person be threatened....
especially us" he released himself and stood upright now then chuckled at Mr Spidvil who was already shaking "I brought flowers to the hospital to congratulate you for your quick recovery....next time might just be flowers to say goodbye and rest in peace"
"Are...ar....are you....are you the ones who planned.....who planned the accident?" Alfred chuckled and looked away then back at him
"Don't you dear mess with us or our people again....It might not just be an accident" he said and was walking away when Mr Spidvil quickly asked
"Which of your people...." Alfred paused without turning to face him "tell me so I will avoid that person" Alfred smirked
"Think of the person whom you threatened to make life hell for" Alfred said and walked away, Mr Spidvil thought hard, the only person whom he said that to was
"Medalyn...." Mr Spidvil said surprised then it dawned on him, he gasped "Darwin!" He urinated on himself.

Medalyn just stared at Darwin operating his phone, she knew he knew she was staring at him but he did not care, he laughed at what he was watching, he finally looked at her and sighed
"You might successfully dig a hole through me with that stare Medy.....don't you trust Alfred?"
"You know I do....I'm just worried that this whole accident thing was perfectly planned...." Darwin just stared at her "I know it may not make any sense to you but I can feel it" Darwin smiled then got up and walked to her then squatted right in front of her, she watched him as he did and dropped his phone by her, sighed still smiling and took her hands in his
"The way you look seems you are the one who got him there....." He gave her a look and she looked away, he chuckled and she looked at him "I understand that you're tensed of your parents reaction when they actually come back, but trust me when I say everything is gonna be alright okey?" She thought for awhile, what he had said was true, she knew her parents sounded worried about her uncle but she knew they would blame her for it or maybe not, that had made her uneasy since they called her to tell her the news themselves when she already knew, Darwin could see worry in the eyes of the girl in front of him "you should be relived that you don't have to see that moron for awhile....and you won't be seeing him to threaten you anymore....." Darwin chuckled "because of the accident" Medalyn felt she finally knew what she was actually feeling relived, she chuckled
"Are you in my head?.....it's like you're reading me and saying it so I can hear" Darwin smiled letting his teeth show, Medalyn thought him really handsome as ever
"That's my girl...." She laughed slightly, Darwin frowned "by the way why'er you so worried about him instead of me Hun?....." She laughed harder this time "I've being the one pecking you since his accident" Darwin pouted, Medalyn shaked her head in the negative calmly but still laughing, Darwin stood up and she did also and was walking to the kitchen "hey....I just said something" Medalyn laughed as she walked pretending not to hear him, she entered the kitchen and closed the door, Darwin chuckled, she had being the one cooking for them and living with him made him believe they would be happier if they were married.
