Chapter 21

Natalie's party was finally today, and I was ready. I think I was excited about it. I mean, everyone was going to be there! I wanted to look pretty so I put on pink makeup today. I straightened my hair a little because the bottom of my hair was wavy. I like my natural black hair which is wavy from the bottom. It wasn't straight or curly. My dress was pink even though I didn't really liked pink. Purple and black were my colors. I don't like orange or yellow, I think they're too bright.

I didn't want to be early to her party so I texted Liz and Ciara to leave at 6:10. I will give everyone ten minutes to get ready and reach there. I took my car right after 6:09. It takes me about five minutes to reach there. Thank god, I met Ciara before I could ring the doorbell. She was looking loving with her black H&M dress. Her hair was down, and she pinned her bangs which made it look even more prettier.

We rang the doorbell, and my heart strings tugged into my chest when the person opened it. He was wearing a tuxedo, he was looking very handsome and cute. It was Chris. He greeted Ciara first, then turned slowly to me. He didn't greet me politely, just looked at me. We entered into the living room. It was incredible with a DJ player in the corner and there was no furniture except chairs that they would have in a club. Since the living room was mighty, it was the dance floor with colorful lights around it. I've never been clubbing before because I was a little young for it. I just have to wait for approximately 2 years with my sweet sixteen the next month.

Ciara went to meet Alexis and Rachel. I was glad she was making friends here, and everyone really liked her. She was so generous and caring with a good sense of humor and a warm heart. She was always like this, since the day I met her which was in kindergarten. I was crying to go to my mom who had actually left. She was coloring when she came up to me and offered me to draw with her. We became best friends<3.

Jess, Haley, and Amanda came up to me giving me hugs and complementing my dress and my hair. I realized they never saw my hair like this since I never straightened it at school. Like I said, it was always wavy.
