Natalie was waiting for an answer so was I. I wanted to know if Chris considered me as his girlfriend. He kissed my forehead, and we walked away. I was blushing, but still unsure if I was. Whatever, I liked him and he liked me too. His arm was around my waist. He took me out the door. Before I could step out the door, I said "let me go tell Liz and Ciara that I'm leaving." He nodded, smiling.

Liz and Ciara were sitting near the dance floor. I yelled even though I was right there. "I'll see you guys tomorrow, I'm leaving."

They gave me hugs and said bye. I could tell they were enjoying. Yay, now I could be with Chris alone. He was standing out the door, waiting quietly. I closed the door behind me and turned to him. He took my hand and we were walking. I broke the silence and said "where are we going?"

"Well, I was thinking about a nice romantic movie or a walk to the lake."

"I have to be home by 9. The movie wouldn't end in an hour so lets just go for a walk." This was amazing. I wanted to be with him forever, not only for an hour...

"Wait, isn't your car here?"

"Oh yeah! So we could just take the car instead of walking," I said with a big smile.

"Great idea." I let him drive, I was kind of tired from walking on my heels. We talked about the party. He said he was staring at me the whole time. I scowled and said "STALKER!" He chuckled and kissed me on the cheek. We were here at the lake after 10 minutes. It actually only felt like 2 minutes with me and Chris talking.

It was dark out now. We walked to the bench and sat down, his arm around my waist. "Do you know I was the one who gave you that card with flowers and that shout out was for you?"
