Chapter 2

"Ringggggg!" The bell rings and everyone heads out to their classes quickly. I wait for my best friend, Nicky. I could always trust her. She'd cry with me. When I fall, she doesn't pick me up, but jumps on me and screams "DOG PILE!" She calls my parents mom and dad. Whenever she comes to my house, she walks right in without even greeting anyone and says "I'M HOME." The reason I never have any food left is because of her. This is a real friend. My friend.

We don't have all the same classes together, but only three. Gym, Lunch, and English. Right now we have english with Chris. I have most of my classes with Chris. We don't usually talk to each other, but we did one day...

Chris "Hey, you wanna work with me?" I looked up and saw him. My heart started jumping really fast. Right then, my voice cracked.

Me "I-I...yeah sure." He smiled to me and sat next to me. We talked about our lab and mostly all school work. Wish he was my lab partner for the rest of the year<3.

I walk in English alone because Nick (nicky) had to go to her locker. Right then, I see a pretty flower on my desk on top of what looked like a card or a piece of a paper. I went up to it, pick it up, and it said my name on it. No one has ever given me flowers before, just love letters and shit like that. From boys on my grade and some from seniors. I never said yes because I wasn't allowed to date. I could have serectly, but I guess I was looking for my prince charming like Chris...

I pick up the card, and see:

Dear Miley,

I like you very much. You had been my crush since 3rd grade. We haven't really talked much, but a little. Anyways, please accept my flowers.

Secret Crush

Liked my since 3rd garde? I didn't go to school here when I was in 3rd grade. Hum...Weird, but whoever this secret crush was very good with proper english. I mean you know how some boys are just too lazy so they write whatever they want even for a love letter. I just hate it when they do that. That's just the way I am.

I had to put the card in my folder and the flowers in my locker because Mrs. Holler thought it was pretty distracting. Everyone looked at my way and I was embarrassed but I rolled my eyes when she said that. I come back and look at Nick. She met my eyes after a few seconds. I whispered "I'll tell you later about the flowers and the card." She nodded. My and Nick always share everything with each other. Thats what best friends are for:3

Class ends, and I walk up to Nick. She was very eager to know about it. I quickly told her since I had to go to my next class and she wasn't in it. She scremed "AWWW DAS SO CUTE!" I told her to shush and calm down. I told her how I wasn't in school when I was in 3rd grade and the secret crush liked me since 3rd grade. She started wondering about it. I could tell she had to plan in her head with that look on her face. She was going to find out who this is, and I had no idea what. Apparently, she wasn't going to tell me. I asked her what she was smiling about and what was cooking in her little dirty head. I could tell it was going to be something really bad.
