🗡🗡🗡

Jungwon rejoined Aeri as she walked into the area where they'd be examined, giggling and chatting with Mina and Uraraka, who'd shyly linked her arm through the one that Mina wasn't clinging to. Jirou and Momo walked behind with Tsuyu and the floating outfit Aeri had found out was a girl named Hagakure.

"Made a lot of friends there?" Jungwon raised an eyebrow, smiling brightly. Aeri nodded and began to introduce her new friends to her brother one by one.

"This is Ashido Mina, Uraraka Ochako, Yaoyorozu Momo, Jirou Kyoka, Tsuyu Asui and Hagakure Toru." Aeri pointed to each girl, who waved when their name was mentioned.

"Nice to meet you all, I'm Jungwon." Jungwon smiled. He was about to call over the three boys he'd made friends with when Aizawa began to speak.

"Quirk examination will begin now. Do your best because the lowest-ranked student will be dropped from the hero course." The twins' father drawled, bored as he pulled up an application on his phone. The class around them erupted into panicked chatter aside from a few who kept to themselves.

"Bakugou Katsuki. Come here and demonstrate the first test." Aizawa commanded. Said boy grumbled as he stomped to the teacher. The same boy who'd laughed earlier in the classroom, Aeri noted. "The first test will be to use your quirk to throw the ball as far as possible, I will track the distance with my phone. Bakugou, how far did you throw in middle school?"

"68 metres." The boy replied grumpily, his hands in his pockets.

"Right. Now try it with your quirk."

Bakugou took the ball and drew his arm back as far as possible, then he propelled it forward, using an explosion to send the ball flying. "Die!" He shouted as he released it.

The class watched as the ball flew into the distance, so far that they couldn't see it land. Aizawa watched his screen until the number came to a stop. "705.2 metres." He said monotonously.

The class gasped once more and the twins watched as the blonde boy smirked at the recognition of his power. He bumped shoulders with a nervous-looking green-haired boy on his way back into the crowd.

"Who's next?" Aizawa sighed and the class mumbled before Uraraka stepped out. She used her quirk to make the ball float into outer space. Aizawa flashed the screen towards the students, the infinity symbol making a lot of them gape. Uraraka had definitely won this test.

Jungwon stepped out confidently and then turned to his sister. "Loser buys snacks after school." Aeri scoffed but accepted the challenge with a roll of her eyes. Jungwon took the ball from his father but he didn't throw it, instead, he teleported as far as he possibly could with the ball in his hand and then dropped it on the ground. He teleported back with a shit-eating grin but the teacher only frowned. The screen showed '1 metre'.

"What?!" Jungwon exclaimed.

"You didn't let go of the ball until you got to your destination. You're meant to throw the ball not walk it to a new place." Aizawa blinked at his son's stupidity.

Aeri burst into peals of giggles which only made Jungwon angrier as he walked back to the class with red cheeks and shoved his sister forward. "You were so confident too," Aeri mocked between laughs.

"You go next then if you're so convinced you can find another way," Jungwon grumbled and Aeri walked forward. The class watched in wonder as the shining silver shuriken slid out of her palm and between her pointer and middle fingers.

"As long as I let go of the ball the distance counts, correct?" She asked her father, still smiling at her brother's disdain. He nodded, unamused. He knew the type of shit Aeri came up with usually pushed the boundaries of the rules without breaking them.
