"I bought you an iPad." Jinyoung walked into her room a few hours later, ignoring the greetings from his two other brothers who'd come straight to the hospital after school, along with their dad. Jinyoung placed the Apple bag at the end of her bed.

'Thank you, but why would you buy me an iPad? That's random.' Aeri wrote in Korean, frowning.

"So you can write on this instead of working your way through notebooks all month. I got you a pencil too," he reached into the bag and pulled out an iPad Pro as well as an Apple pencil, setting the boxes in front of her. "It's also a thank-you gift for saving my life and my arm."

Aeri rolled her eyes. 'I told you no more gifts, but thank you.' She smiled at him and opened the box, carefully sliding the iPad out so she could set it up.

"You should stop spoiling her, her tastes are already way too expensive for her age." Hyunjin joked, moving over so Jinyoung could sit with him and Jungwon on the couch.

"I've been holding off. This is the first gift I've bought her in two months," Jinyoung said seriously, as if it was hard for him to not randomly send over presents for his sister. "Besides, she doesn't act like a spoilt brat so I don't see the harm in it."

Hyunjin laughed quietly and went back to his phone. Jungwon looked between his brothers as if he wanted to join in on the banter but remained silent, standing and walking over to Aeri. She shuffled to the side so he could slide onto the bed beside her.

'Talk to him if you want to talk to him. You're brothers, you can't tiptoe around him all the time.' Aeri wrote on her notepad, sliding the paper over to Jungwon before she got back to the device on her lap, connecting her Apple ID to it so she could have all her pictures and phone numbers on it.

Not wanting to speak it aloud, Jungwon took the pen from her hand and scribbled a note out for her to read. 'Jinyoung is too stubborn, I think I've fucked it up forever.'

Aeri huffed out a silent sigh. 'It wasn't just you. You made a mistake but he clearly took it too far when he was shouting at you. You looked like you had seen a ghost when you came downstairs.'

Jungwon nodded and glanced at his brothers. Jinyoung was staring straight at the twins as if trying to work out what their silent conversation was about.

"Have you taken a vow of silence or somethin'? Why are you writing too?" Bakugou said as he walked back into the room, having just got off the phone with his mom.

"No, just having a private conversation." Jungwon rolled his eyes, fiddling with the pen.

"Aeri!" Uraraka yelled as the golden-eyed girl walked into the dorms for the first time after being discharged. Aeri smiled, her iPad and pencil clutched at her side. She moved further into the common room and set about giving all the girls (and Kirishima) hugs after not seeing them for nearly a week.

'Did I miss much?' She wrote, presenting the screen to the class. By now, Jungwon had filled them all in and they knew she wouldn't be able to speak for a while so they'd have to be patient with her.

"You missed Present Mic trying to sing an English song for us in class but he slipped on the pen he dropped and fell on his ass." Kaminari laughed as if that moment was the highlight of his year.

"You missed a lot of homework, but don't worry, Uraraka and I have been collecting it and leaving it in your room." Momo smiled kindly and Aeri wrote out a quick 'thank you' and pressed lipstick kisses to each of their foreheads.

"You were all over the news, there's about a million articles about your ultimate move," Midoriya added quietly. "What was that by the way?"

The rest of the class silenced themselves too, wanting to know too. Aeri turned to her iPad and started writing what seemed to be an essay. After a minute she flipped it and the class began to read the impossibly small words.

'I've been planning it with Dalnim for a while. The spirits of the female Moon power inheritors go to her and live peacefully with each other. When I merge with Dalnim, if I concentrate enough power into it, I can summon a few of those spirits to fight with me, but it takes all the power me and Dalnim have left which is why I fell.'

"So your ultimate move is quite literally only for when you're in desperate situations?" Mina asked, her eyes wide. Aeri nodded in confirmation.

"C'mon, Nari's waitin' for you." Bakugou came up behind her. He went to his room as soon as they got back to deposit his things and then to Aeri's room, not expecting her to be down in the common room for so long.

Aeri waved goodbye to her classmates and followed Bakugou up, erasing her long paragraph from the screen as she caught up to him and teleported them into the safety of her room where Nari was sat on the end of the bed, her sheets freshly changed.

Aeri rushed forward and scooped the feline up, burying her face into the top of Nari's head. The cat purred, snugging deep into her owner's embrace. Bakugou and Jungwon had tried to take care of her properly over the past 5 days, but no one could compare to Aeri.

"Come here," Bakugou said gruffly. He leaned up against the headboard and patted the space on the bed between his legs. Aeri happily complied, kicking her shoes off and crawling between his legs with Nari in her arms and laying her back against his chest. Bakugou sighed and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Do you know how fuckin' bad you scared me? I thought you were dead!" He said, leaning his chin on her shoulder.

'I'm sorry babe, I was reckless :(' she wrote before lifting a hand to cradle his head.

"Damn right you were reckless, you haven't seen what was televised but the fuckin' screen went black just as you hit the floor. The whole class thought you were fucking dead." He began to scold her and Aeri pouted guiltily. She hadn't even seen the reporters there.

Aeri turned around, releasing Nari from her grip, and put her hands on either side of his face. She stared into his eyes before reaching a thumb up to smooth out the furrow in his brow and pressing a kiss to the tip of his nose.

"I love you too," he said, perfectly understanding what she was trying to convey.
