ROSS'S POV
The last two days in Disney were amazing. I did not see one serious face or frown from anyone. It was all just good vibes and happiness. We didn't care about the media and what they thought because they are just a bunch of opinions I don't care about. I just want to spend the greatest time with my family and friends.
About two weeks later my band and I R5 leased our new song 'All Night' and is was amazing how so many people were liking it. And in 3 weeks we will release our album and go on tour worldwide so that should be awesome. Many great things are coming up and I couldn't ask for better summer.
"Baby I'm going on tour in 3 weeks and the last concerts I'll play are here in Cali" I said
"Oh okay so I'll be taking care of Riley for the month" she smiled
"Well what if I bring her on tour with me for like half the time 2 weeks and my parents can bring her back because my parents need to do stuff here so they can't be on tour for a long time" I brought Maia onto my lap
"That sounds good I can pick them up when they come back and you'll get to see Riley on tour" Maia says
"Yeah I'll bring her out so she can play a solo" I laugh
"Aw if you do you better record it" Maia plays with my hair
"Do you think we should start announcing to everyone so by the time we do get married the fuzz or whatever will die off?" I ask help r
"I was about to mention that to you, I think we might as well start to" Maia says
"But how tweeting 'with my fiancée' or post a picture on Instagram?" I tried thinking of creative ideas
"What if we post a picture?" She mentions
"Remember when I did that video about you and how I didn't care what people said about you I still love you" I chuckled
"Awww yes" she blushes
"Let me get the camera" I rush
"But it's midnight" she says
"Who cares" I come back with the camera and set it up
"Okay.. It's started hey what's up guys it Ross with my gorgeous incredible fiancée Maia" I said pinching her cheeks
"Hey and as you heard it from him we Are getting married because we love each other" she kisses my cheek
"Yeah and you cant stop true love so let us be also we have adopted a girl named Riley so you've seen her in our posts. She's amazing and we love her" I continue
"We want to make all this clear with you guys. We are super happy and being happy is an amazing feeling" Maia looks at the camera
"Have a good one and oh if you're going to the R5 tour get ready to have the time of your lives see you soon" I wave
"Bye" Maia smiles
I end the video and look at it. It's not that long so we end up putting it on our twitters and once we post it. It Was Official.
The next day..
Rydel Ell Cierra and Rocky came storming through our doors.
"What did you guys do?" Rydel was confused
"What did we do?" Maia asked
"The video? When did you guys do it?" Ellington said closing the door
"Sometime last night" Maia and I said. We both looked at each other and started laughing
"Everyone knows" Rocky said
"That's why we put it up captain obvious. We don't want to hide it and when we get married hopefully the fuzz that's happening is gone, although the tweets I've been reading have been nice" I picked up my guitar and strummed some new notes while they talked
"Should we just announce everything already?" Cierra looked at Rocky
"I think we should what do you think Rydel" Rocky asked Rydel
"We're all in but how do we announce?" Rydel thought
"We had the same struggle yesterday" Maia giggled
"Let's just take a group picture and be like ayy fiancé goals" Cierra said
"I guess okay where's Riley?" I asked Maia
"She's in her room playing" Maia said
"Okay ready say cheese" we took a group picture and posted it on Instagram and Twitter.
I felt like I didn't have to hide things from the world. I am who I am and if people don't want to like me for that then that's okay it's their opinion not mine.
Three weeks later...
"See you in three weeks babe" I say leaning down to kiss
"I'll call you everyday to tell you how much I love you okay and Ley stay on your best behavior and make sure Ross does too okay sweetie come here" she hugs Riley
"I will I promise. I love you Maia" she gives Maia a kiss on the cheek and holds my hand
"Wait Ross I need to tell you something over here" she brings me to the kitchen while everyone waits outside to go
"What's up?" I ask but before you know she's kissing me and cupping my face then slightly pulls back
"One more month and we will be the Lynch family just one more month and we'll be in Hawaii" she winks
"Oh dear Hawaii" I laugh
"Okay have a safe time I love you babe" she says one last time
"Love you too and I'll call you before my parents come back" I run outside and get in the car.
The plane ride was restful but once we landed we had a show the next morning so we had to rehearse for the night. We didn't have problems with anything so we went back to the hotel to get the outfits ready and other things. I saw Riley next to the window watching the view of London and her eyes sparkled. She seemed to be liking the view from such a high level. Her guitar was in her hands and I could see her fingers getting ready to play something but they stopped all of a sudden.
"Ley aren't you going to play?" I asked
"Yeah but I'm not that good" she looks at her guitar
"Riley you're the best five year old guitarist there is! Come on play 'Lego House' by Ed you love that song"
she started playing it and you wouldn't believe how good she was. You wouldn't expect a five year old girl to play so well but when I started teaching her she's learned a lot and even though she doesn't know much song she sure does know how to play the best of them. I watched her play it and is such a good soul. What if I do give her a solo in the concerts just for fun? Like at the end of shows if there's time give her a small part to play I know they'll agree with my plan.
"Riley dang who taught you to play that?" Rocky walked in
"Ross" she blushed
"You play really good you're going to be part of the band now or what?" Ellington says
"I don't know" she giggled
"You guys down to give her a small solo at the end of the show tomorrow?" I ask
"You know we are" Riker says
"Me? On stage with you? But I'm shy" she says looking at me
"Oh we'll sit there watching you it'll be like just playing how you did right now it'll be fine" I move her hair from her face
"Okay! But only if you guys sing?" Riley asks
"This has been such a great show but it's not over yet!" Rydel says to the crowd while I bring out a few chairs for us to sit on
"Okay we've got a special surprise for you guys. Come out here Riley" I say and Riley comes running with her guitar
"Awww" the crowd says
"She's going to play 'Lego house' on her guitar so get ready" I sit down on a chair while she stands next to me getting ready to start
She starts the intro and I begin to sing "I'm gonna pick up the pieces
And build a Lego house
When things go wrong we can knock it down" she smiles at the crowd
"My three words have two meanings
There's one thing on my mind, it's all for you" Riker sings
"And it's dark in a cold December, but I've got ya to keep me warm
And if you're broken I'll mend ya
And keep you sheltered from the storm that's raging on now
I'm out of touch, I'm out of love
I'll pick you up when you're getting down
And out of all these things I've done I think I love you better now" we sing
The songs ends and we all applaud for Riley.
"She's going to be great someday" I look at her "thank you for such a great show" I wave
As the two weeks went by it seemed like time flied. With all the fun we are having we don't even notice how quick it goes and pretty soon I'm going to marry the girl of my dreams. She'll become a Lynch.
