MAIA'S POV
"No stop! I'm pregnant please" I turn to Ross to see his expression.
I wasn't going to tell him yet. I went to the doctor when I was getting sick and from there they told me I was three weeks pregnant. I'm excited about the baby but Laura's ruining the happiness.
Ross is speechless. He walks over to me and he tears up laughing.
"That's amazing! Why didn't you tell me!" He keeps me in his arms
"Because it's.. Laura she gets me nervous and I didn't know how to tell you" I said
"Laura what the fuck you ruin the moment can't you see they're in love. Leave them alone let them live they're life damn it" Cierra gets into Laura's face.
"I think they're here" Riker unlocks the door
"Who is?" Laura's eyes pop when she sees the police coming inside
"Good bye Laura" we waved
"You are not to be 1,000 feet from this house or you will be arrested but right now you are in probation and if we see you giving more threats or anything to them again more charges Ms. Laura" the police officer escorted her out.
"Congrats Maia!!!!" They all yelled and we had a huge group hug
"If we're telling the truths then might as well say I'm actually a month pregnant as well" Rydel grinned
"No wonder you're eating a lot like me" Rocky laughed
"Hey" Rydel just smacks him
"Have you guys chosen names" Cierra asked
"No I have no clue what it is Cierra" I chuckled
Ross grabs my hand and takes me to another room.
"I can't wait for this baby Mai this is going to be our child one we created and I'm going to take so good care of you" he puts his arms in my stomach.
"I love you little one" he gets on his knees and whispers
"You're such a great dad" I smile
"And you're such a great mother I love you" Ross puts the hair in face in the back of my ears and kisses my nose.
"Let's go out to celebrate for the two moms and taking the crazy bitch away from us" Riker shouted
"Let's go to that breakfast place on Anchor street" Ross suggested
Ross being a gentleman open the door for me to let me in.
He sat right next to me and next making jokes.
I laughed "your so dumb"
"Have you told my mom that you're pregnant?" Rocky asked Rydel
"No I think I'm telling her tonight and talking about tonight you guys should stay over" Rydel smiles
"Uh yeah" I turn to Ross and he shakes his head yes
We arrive and park by the parking meter and pay. After we have our breakfast we go walk around.
We walk into a store and look around.
"Babe I know it's really early but look at these Converse they are so tiny these would be great for the baby" Ross shows me
"They are adorable. We could be matching" I put the tiny converse in my hands
"Let's get them in black" Ross puts holds the box.
"You guys are buying baby shoes aww" Cierra smiles
"Yeah you like them" I said
"Yes! I'm so happy for you Maia" Cierra and I hug tightly
"Rydel come join the hug" I call her
"Now it's just you Cierra" Rydel raises her eyebrows
"Oh my we'll see about that" Cierra turns and looks at Rocky
That afternoon me and Rydel got ready to tell everyone at dinner.
"So me and Maia have some news to tell you mom and dad" me looked at each other and smiled
"I'm three weeks pregnant and Rydel is a month" I looked at them and Stormie got out of her seat quickly
"Oh my goodness my two girls are going to be mommies and give me more grandchildren" she hugs us for a good minute Id say
"Congratulation girls now boy you better take care of them" Mark gives us a hug
"Mom you're going to have a baby?" Riley asked
"Yea you're going to have a baby brother or girl" I squated down
"Really! Wow I'm going to have someone to play with. If it's a girl then we came play dolls in my room but if it's a boy then we can play outside and I'll teach him how to kick a ball" Riley jumps
"Okay I'll be right back" I grabbed my phone and called my mom.
"Mother how are you" I said once she answered
"Great and yourself how have you been" she asked
"I have something to tell you" I said nervously
"What is it" she waited
"I'm pregnant I'm having a baby" I smiled to myself
"Maia. How are you going to have time to take care of a baby. I mean yes you adopted Riley but she's five she'll mature sooner but Maia are you serious. Are you ready for a bigger responsibility I don't want you calling me telling me you need help or anything it was your choice" she scolded
"Mother how could you say that" I got mad
"You're young Maia you're young you have a huge career what are you doing wasting it" she yells
"I'd thought you'd be more supportive but I guess not" I teared
"Maia no I'm sorry" she sighed
"Are you really sorry?" I hung up.
How could a mother not be proud of her daughter having a child after getting married? This is a big part of my life. The experience itself will be something I won't ever forget but if I can't be supported then oh well I shouldn't be sad about something like this I need to stay positive and healthy for this baby of mine.
