ROSS'S POV
As the ceremony began coming to an end the priest announces us to say our vows. We were the last couple to say but I guess they will save the best for last. I hear them say such heart warming vows it makes me quite nervous. I hold Maia's soft hand and smile at her. I turn and see Rydel cry at Ellington's vows
"And I'll say once more in this speech but forever is I love you and you will always have me on your side" Ellington finishes
"Maia Charlotte Mitchell" the priest calls on Maia
Maia looks straight into my eyes and holds my hand.
"My sweet loving partner, in you I've found my truest and closest friend. You are my greatest achievement and my greatest possession and my ultimate soulmate. From sourly on you've became a huge part of my life, my dreams, my future, and my family. Many people spend their lives searching for their soulmate, their one true love. Some people are lucky to find the person they can truly call the better half of themselves, while others spend the rest of their lives searching and never finding. I.." Maia's eyes were watery as well as mine "I am happy to count myself among the lucky ones, because I certainly found you.The love that we share can not possibly be defined by the words that we speak, let our love be defined by the time that I've spent by your side on a daily basis and the way that we are selfishly authentically impassively love one another and that is why I am standing here today. With you I've found my place in this world and my constant companion. You are my once in a lifetime love and today begins our lifetime fairy tail. I can tell you without any uncertainty that I did, and I do, and I'll always choose you" Maia tightened up my hands.
I'm honored to have such an amazing girl like her to speak her mind and say such dynamic words.
"Ross Shor Lynch" the priest said my name and my heart pumped fast. I don't understand why I'm so nervous saying these vows to Maia. It's probably because I've got a bunch of people of other people listening and I don't want to mess up.
"I began to believe that each and everyday just happened we for a reason and I began to believe in destiny and meant to be's because of strange ordinary events or how stars line in the most unremarkable fashion. That was the first spark that made me burn for you because you showed me that there is perfection in this life. Because of you I see perfection in your eyes, I feel perfection in your skin, and I taste perfection on your lips. I feel perfection when you say 'I love you Ross.' And me being a man I'm naturally more customed to being flawed but some how you still chose to give me your love and that love has given me hope and that hope became a reality when you said yes you'd have me to be your love. I love you aussie. I know that you are the only one for me, my one true love. I am happy and I am grateful that you came into my life, that where others have spent their entire lives looking for the one, I have found you. I found you that one day walking with your bags of clothes and messy cute hair coming from the airport. I knew I found the girl of my life so I shall never let you go. So I tell you now that these words that I say are not just words, they're my attempt to convey to a woman that she is the only thing I am ever going to need in this life. I'll pursue you with a passion that'll bring the world to its knees. Faithfully, I shall always stand steadfast at your side with your hand in mine, regardless of what life would bring to us. I take you now as my wife, and I shall remain so for the rest of my life." I keep my eyes locked with Maia's.
She's cries on my chest and whispers 'that was beautiful'
I hold her tight and let go once the priest begins to talk again.
"Is there anyone who would like to speech about these couples" he forenamed
We saw in the crowd Riley say something to my mom and my mom shook her head.
"I do" Riley came up and went to the priest
"Here's the mic young lady"
"Well I'd like to say thank you very much to my mom and dad. The first time I met them was at a small restaurant. I met Brady and Mack but then I realized it was Maia and Ross. And Maia helped me a lot especially when I was in the adoption center. Maia never broke our promise. She made my dream of having good parents come true. I was shy in the beginning but they make me so happy. I'd like to say my mom is the prettiest mom in the entire world. She is also the best mom anyone could ever have. Mom is there if I'm feeling lonely or sad and we sing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow.' Now dad he's the funniest coolest dad ever right brwo" I chuckle when she says that
"He helps me play the guitar as well as Riker Rocky and others. And to all of you I love you. Thank you"
She called me her dad! I'm her dad! I wrapped my arms around Maia and let out the tears I held back. This moment I'll never forget in my life.
MAIA'S POV
The first sentence Riley said was about her loving me and Ross. But she called me mom. That word is what I've wanted to hear and she chose the right time. I love her. I love how smart and loving she is and I'm thrilled I got a chance to have her be MY daughter. It's like what Ross said. It's destiny and it's like she came to my life for a reason. I have a family now. Ohana means family and I will love and adore my family forever.
The rings came next and Cierra's little cousins came holding the pillows with the rings placed on top. The little boy brought ours.
"Maia Charlotte Mitchell do you take Ross Shor Lynch to be your lawful husband? Do you promise to be true to Ross in good time and in bad, in sickness and in health? Will you love him and honor him all of your days of your life?" The priest said to me
"I, Maia Charlotte Mitchell, take you, Ross Shor Lynch, to be my lawful husband. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life until death do us part" I inserted the ring on Ross's finger.
When Ross put the ring on my finger I knew I was officially a Lynch. No words could express how merry I felt inside. This is the happiest day of my life.
"And i present all of you husbands and wives. Gentle man you may kiss the brides" the priest smiles
Ross pulled me closer to him and set his hands in my waist and brought his lips closer to mine. He kisses me with great passion and it's as if the world turned completely blank and it's just me and him.
Riley and the two other flower girls start throwing the flower petals everywhere and we walk down the aisle and look at the cheering crowd.
We wave at them and walk to the reception area which is close to the ceremony. I walk proudly as Mrs. Maia Charlotte Lynch.
