Two weeks later..
Party at Ross and Maia's house
MAIA'S POV
Ross and I just moved in and things are pretty good except unpacking. Today we're having the Lynchs over so we are cleaning up a bit.
"Ross get the chips and out them in a bowl" I yell from upstairs
"Can't they just eat with the bag" he says back
I walk downstairs with a messy bun and a romper.
"Really Ross am I going to do everything" I roll my eyes
"Sorry sorry see I'm getting the bowl" he hands me the bowl and I pour the chips inside.
"I'll get dressed and you can start setting the food outside" I went up and put on a casual dress with heels and let my hair down.
When I went downstairs everyone had already gotten here.
"Hey guys" I said walking to the backyard.
"Hey Maia" Rydel and Cierra came and hugged me.
"What a lovely house honey" Stormie said while she looked around.
"Thank you" I smiled
"Maia can we eat already I'm starving" Riker and Ellington pleased
"Oh course don't ask me its your house too" I giggled
"Oh really? So we can crash here like everyday" Riker joked
"Well I mean.. Just eat already" I said
"Where's Ross?" I asked Ryland
"Well when we came he let us in but then he said he was going to do something" he said
Where is Ross? His family is here right now and he just ditched to go do something. I'll go see if he's upstairs but if he's not he's going to be in so much trouble.
I went upstairs and looked into the rooms and there he was sleeping with the TV on. Why is he sleeping? Ross?!
"Ross! Wake up!" I shakes him
"Huh what" he yawned
"Why are you asleep your family is downstairs and you're just here sleeping!" I got mad and left downstairs
"I see them like everyday what's the deal" he said
"So it's rude Ross now come on" I rolled my eyes and went back outside with the girls
At night they decided to go leave because they had things to do early in the morning.
"Are you going to help me?" I asked while I brought food inside.
"Oh I guess" he shrugged
"Don't help me if you don't want to" I was already too mad to see him
"Really!" He sounded like a child
"Just go" I did the rest and cleaned up the kitchen.
I walked upstairs feeling so tired. I slowly took off my clothes and caught Ross watching.
"Can you stare at the wall instead?" I said
"Not really" he laughed
I put on some shorts and a sports bra and went into bed. I turned the opposite side of Ross and tried to sleep.
"Are you mad at me?" He said trying to cuddle with me
"Go to sleep" I said
"Okay then" pretty soon we both fell asleep
In the morning I woke up early because I had to go to this interview for The Fosters.
ROSS'S POV
I woke up to find Maia gone to work. I was here alone til 12 until I had to go to work as well to record music because we are soon going to release a song.
Weeks later..
These past weeks haven't been the greatest with me and Maia. Everyday has either been we work all day and don't see each other until the night but we fall asleep or I'll work when she has a day off/ I don't work but she does. We haven't had a decent conversation or anything. All she talks about is paying the bills and stuff.
Today has been the only day we both don't work together, which is a huge miracle. Well today I planned to the beach with the guys so I'll see what she's going to do. I went downstairs and went into the kitchen to get juice.
"Morning" She yawned
"Morning Maia. What are you doing today? I'm going to go to the beach today with the guys to surf" I poured juice and sat by the kitchen island
"Well I don't know but I have to ask did you pay the water bill because today's the last day until they cut it off" I showed him the bill
"Oh shit that's today?" I scratched my head
"Yeah" she gave me the bill
"Okay well I'll look for it in the mail next time" I said
"I'm going to go hang out with David we have a shoot today" she got up and left
"Okay whatever I'm not jealous at all" I whispered.
