Chapter 12

[JJ's POV]

Reid lifts me up off my feet and carrys me into our new house. He throws me onto the couch and I smile. He leans down and kisses me.
"Can't call you JJ anymore."
"JR?"
"Doesn't sound the same."
"Jennifer Reid."
"Jennifer Reid." He says again. And kisses me.

I walk into the BAU and see Emily.
"Hey!" I say.
"Uh hi!" she answers.
"Something wrong?" I ask.
"Um no. I'm fine. Seriously!" She says and walks away. I know something is up but I figure I shouldn't ask, she would've told me if she wanted to. I push open the glass doors and streamers and balloons and a bunch of other decorations are hung. A banner that says 'Congrats newly weds!'. I smile and feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn around and see Reid smiling and looking at the decorations.
"We got cake!" Garcia says happily.
"Cake always makes it better!" I say back. I look around the room for Emily, but I don't see her. I push oast Reid and make my way out into the hall. I wonder for a while and then I see her, pacing back and forth biting her finger nails.
"Hey!"
"Oh hey!"
"Okay what is wrong?"I ask. She looks at me with sad eyes but doesn't say anything.
"Em!"
"Hotch kissed me last night!" She blurts out. All I can do is stand there stunned. I don't know what to say.
