Chapter 29

[Emily's POV]

"He's never been this mad at me before."
"JJ it's okay, he loves you and you love him!"
"Yeah, he can't go one minute without talking about you." Aaron says.
"You guys can't live without each other. Go home to him and try to work it out!"
"Okay." she says and hugs me. She smiles a little bit then leaves.

[Reid's POV]

JJ opens the front door but doesn't see me.
"Henry's sleeping." I say. She jumps alittle when she hears my voice.
"I'm sorry, for what I said earlier. I talked to Hotch and he helped me understand."
"No I'm sorry! I shouldn't have kept a secret like that from you! And I promise no more secrets from now on."
"Good." I say smiling. She smiles and kisses me.
"Mommy?" Henry says.
"Yes buddy?" JJ says picking him up.
"I'm scared."
"Why?"
"Because of the monster under my bed."
"Sweetheart there is no monster under your bed." JJ rolls her eyes.
"Yes there is! I can show you."
"And I am going to show you that it's all in your head."she says taking him upstairs.

[JJ's POV]

I flick the light on and stair at his messy room.
"I thought I told you to clean this up last night!"
"I did."
"It doesn't look like it."
"Mom look!" Henry says pointing to a shadow.
"Honey that's not a monster, that's your jacket shadow." I say picking it up.
"It looks like a monster." he says.
"Well now we can sleep. Right?" He nods. I laugh and tuck him in.
"Goodnight baby."
"I'm not a baby anymore mommy."
"You're still my baby. You will always be my baby."
