Chapter 29: The Plan

 "He did it again."

"I know."

"Do you think she'll cooperate this time? She needs to make it look real"

"Yes, she's a good actress she can easily pull a believable break up scene." *low chuckle*

"I think so too, but what's your plan?"

"I hate to say this but we have to put him down an—-"

"We're immortal, he'll just come back."

"I know, but we have to, we have to banish him in the depths of tartarus, where he truly belongs" He showed a silver dagger to his younger brother.

"We have to do it with this."

**Lily's Apartment

She was extremely quiet when we got back to our apartment, she didn't even bother to change her clothes instead she just went straight to our bedroom, she sat on the bedside and started to weep,  I tried comforting her but tears just kept on streaming down her face. I hate the fact that I can't do anything. No magic words to make her feel better. All I could do was to tell her everything's going to be okay. I was clueless on what happened there, Mr.Rabe's eyes were empty it was far different from the first time we met; in which his eyes were full of life and happiness. I laid her down to bed and gently pulled her closer to me; I wrapped my arms around her as she buried her face on my chest, crying herself to sleep.

I cradled her in my arms as she slept that night, lips buried in her golden soft hair, nose enjoying the scent of her strawberry shampoo.

When I woke up the next morning, I looked down to my chest saw her still sleeping soundly, dried tears were still smeared on her cheeks, I gently put my hand on her face and rub her cheek with my thumb before leaning down to kiss her forehead, I gently laid her head on the pillow and gently slip out of bed to make my way to the living room where I left my purse last night.

*Rings*

My phone rang before I could even get to the couch where I left my purse. I quickly answered my phone as soon as I got it from the pouch I didn't bother to take a look at who was calling, I just directly answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hello, Sarah. I think you know who I am by now" the voice from the other line spoke calmly.

"Cyrus?" I whispered

"Yes, this is me. I know what happened"

"About Lily's Dad? What? Are you the one responsible for that?" I said trying to keep my voice down as I do.

"No, it was Cyril. He's trying to break Lily down to get her do what he wants."

"And what does he wants?" I asked

"We already told you, he wants you and Lily to break up. He wants you Sarah. Knowing him, he doesn't stop until he gets what he wants."

"Great, what do you know about this stuff? Aren't you like Mr.know it all?"

"I don't know what he's plotting but he was the one responsible for whatever it is that is happening right there."

"Where the hell are you when we need you?" I raised my voice a bit

"Sarah?" I heard Lily's voice coming from the room, must've waken her up

I looked over my shoulder and saw her standing by the door frame, hand covering her forehead
