She woke up and felt a cold concrete ground beneath her, she sat up to look around her, she found herself on an empty road surrounded by trees.

"Sarah?" She called out as she stood up. She couldn't remember how she got there.

She shook her head and closed her eyes as she tries to remember what happened, she was with Sarah, and there was this white light approaching them, she to focus to remember everything but that's all that she could remember.

"Hello," A familiar, spine-chilling voice spoke behind her; she turned around and saw Cyril walking towards her. "It's been a while."

"C...Cyril." She muttered under her breath as she stepped back. She wanted to run but before she could even do so, he grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer to him.

"Let me go!" She yelled, trying to pull her wrist away from his grasp.

"I won't, not unless you make a choice." He said in a deep, smoky voice.

"Choice?" Lily looked at him confusedly, still trying to escape from his strong grip.

"You two got into an accident, both in critical condition," He smirks as Lily stopped struggling, her eyes widened as a flood of memories of what happened before she got in this place, rushed into her mind. "Do you remember now?" He asked with a grim smirk forming on his lips.

"Where's Sarah?" Lily asked as tears started to roll down her cheeks. "What did you do to her?"

"I didn't do anything, Honey," he cooed sarcastically as he cupped the blonde's face with his free hand. "But right now, just like what I've told you, you have a choice..."

"Tell me, what's my choice,"

"Let's make a deal."

Cyril lets go of her and explained the deal to her. She bit her lip as he held his hand out.

"Would that be a deal?" he asked, giving her a sarcastic smile.

"D...deal."

Amanda stood up, the moment the doctors came out from the emergency room.

"Your friend Ms.Paulson is in a stable condition now." The doctor said as he removed his surgical mask.

"Lily... how about Lily? Is she al---"

"I'm sorry," The doctor said cutting Zach off. "But, we almost lost her, but somehow she managed to pull through but she's in a coma right now, and if she won't wake up within 4 months, I'm sorry but... she's never going to wake up."
