"Frozen in the Eternal Breeze" I was singing the lullaby as my hands kept rubbing softly Jing's hair. Mimi was sleeping, enjoying the song and the calm atmosphere the studio had since I came back.

Jing's eyes opened a little. I started moving my hand slowly away from his face, to avoid his death stare, but eventually I wasn't fast enough.

He noticed he was laying his head on my hand, and I was standing there with an innocent smile.

"I guess we're fair now, right?" I asked as he raised his hand, looking at me with a sleepy face.

"You definitely took advantage" he said, as he was looking out the window "Did I sleep too much? Huh?" he asked as he didn't notice my face was between mad and embarassed.

"I would never do that!" I shouted, pointing my finger at him "I SHOULD SAY THAT TO YOU, YOU PERVERTED MAN"

Jing tried to keep his composure, but I could see his lips having a little nervous tick, as he was reading a document "How impertinent" he muttered "I have no intentions to court you" he then smiled nicely to me "If I had you would be my con..." I tilted my head as he stopped from saying the word.

I could see him blushing a bit. He then coughed and looked away "Stop trying to make me say flithy things"

Oh, look at him, he's trying to appear the typical perfect general.

Sure.

I know that behind that angel face there's... there's...

An handsome man.

"NO!" I shouted at myself and he tilted his head on a side, having no idea what was happening to me "I am out, I will go... check on Bao Bao, that's it!"

"I will allow it"

I planted my feet on the ground and the turned towards him who was sitting comfortably at his desk. He was surely having fun with me, I bet since he was barely awake but his face looked amused like he actually never slept in first place.

"I don't need you to allow it, I am going!" I almost slapped myself "...Master Yuan" I bowed and he laughed.

"Before you go, make sure you prepare me a bath, aren't you my servant after all?" he asked and I looked at him with a mad stare.

But he was right.

"Fine, as soon as I prepare it, I will probably go out the manor with Hue"

"Huh?" Jing looked curious, from being amused he looked focus on the conversation "Why?"

I looked at him with an obvious face "Because I must discover more about the Cult, and staying in the Yuan's manor is like a golden cage"

"You're still weak" he reminded me as I crossed my arms.

"I am not going to engage any fight, I need to get a move. Hue hasn't discovered anything yet"

"Anything like what?"

My damn soul fragment.

"Like who was that sorcerer who almost made a grill out of me and the slaves of Arthus lands" I replied. He sighed and laid his back against his chair as he was crossing his arms, like he wasn't enjoying the conversation.

"I won't allow it"

I opened up my eyes as he got back to check on the documents "What? Why?"

"Because you asked me to take you as your servant, therefore you shall know your place and stay in the Yuan's manor" he explained, making me feel mad.

Was he really serious? Back to when I was his wife he used to give free time to servants, because he didn't want to feel like they were working for an emperor and live and die only inside the manor.
