Akor's eyes opened up as he noticed Hue jumping to reach my side, after moving past three sorcerers who tried to hit him and managed to just rip a bit of his white hanfu. He then created an ice flower and smiled as he held it in front of me.

"How can two ice Soulmasters be here... Baixue Clan closed their affairs with everyone since that broken puppy's death!" he exclaimed as he made the ground around us tremble.

Hue looked at him fiercely as he was cutting his hand and making the ground absorb it. I stepped back as soon as I noticed rats getting off the ground and biting the dead sorcerers me and Hue killed.

"What's happening..." I said as I noticed Akor laughing. He raised his hands and in no time all the corpses and the children who were already corrupted moved at his orders.

"Be careful, lady Bai Hu!" Yanqing exclaimed as I jumped in the air to avoid one of the swords the children summoned and aimed. I moved forward my sword, creating a burst of ice breeze against the swords that were following me.

I didn't want to hurt those children.

They clearly were manipulated by Akor.

I needed to kill the master of puppets to maybe have a chance to free them from corruption.

As I got back on the ground, I got hit by a black magic bolt straight to my shoulder and then another sword pierced slightly my waist, making me grit my teeth.

"How dare you try to hurt my lady!" Hue exclaimed as he moved fast towards the children who were moving and attacking me

"DON'T, HUE!" I exclaimed as I kept myself up to fight. Hue looked at me as I was fighting while Akor was walking towards me like he was studying me "THOSE ARE INNOCENTS"

Hue looked at me as my hanfu was slowly getting coloured of my blood. He then looked at Akor and pointed his swords against him.

"How interesting! You two are really strong, how come I have never seen you in Luofu" Akor said as he was making the puppets move away from me.

Hue meanwhile was getting surrounded by them as Akor wanted to fight me alone.

"I won't reply to any of your questions, you shall pay with death" I looked at him as he laughed at my words.

"I always remember my puppets" he said as his green eyes were staring at me "A father always recognises his children... I think you are... One of my abadoned ones?" my eyes opened up as he was crossing his arms "How pitiful, I can't seem to find traces of my magic in you, yet your stare... Oh those lovely eyes of disgust and fear... I bet I have seen you before, I must study you!" he smiled as he summoned rats who rushed towards me.

"NO, DON'T TAKE HER!" Yanqinq tried to move but he fell on the ground. He closed his hands into fists begging his own body to move.

"What are you going to do? Soulmasters are so dynamic and fun to deal with, they're so strong but so fragile... They're like my rats! Let them show you madness!"

"Enough"

Hue looked at me as I was positioning the blade in front of me. My eyes opened and glinched at him with a gentle smile as a strong ice wind was moving my hair

"My lady" Hue swinged his sword, making the black sorcerers fall to the ground without their heads. He was running towards me feeling his energy getting reclaimed by my soul, as I was casting the spell "Don't do it."

"What... what is this? What magnificent technique is this!" Akor exclaimed, happy to see something new.

I hope the last.
