The Moment I knew i was never safe.

What hes going to do...

I woke up to Jacks arms around me tight, his body so close to mine as if he was trying to protect me from something. I didn't dare to move because if I did he would wake up. I knew not to ask about what happened last night. He left and came back broken. All I want to do right now is lay here in his arms, listen to his steady breathing, feel his heart beat against me, and see his calm face. His face looks so soft when he's sleeping, so calm and at rest like nothing in the world can mess it up. He is the one who cared about me and knows what really happened in my past, we trust each other with our lives. We are connected in a special bond, we feel when one of us are sad to help the other. We can't hide our emotions for each other its like were connected.

"Good morning Lex"

"Good morning Jack. How did you sleep?"

"I slept okay and you?"

"I slept good, how are you feeling?"

He looked away and got out of bed. I looked up at him and got up to walk over to him but before I could he walked over to me and pulled me into a tight hug. I hugged him back and laid my head on his shoulder. Out of no were he tackled me on the bed and we started to wrestle, Jack pinned me down. His lips crashed into mine and then slowly traveled down my neck to my shoulder, He kissed the sweet spot on my neck and then stopped.

"Lex I need you to come with me, I want to show you something."

"Okay, I'm not going to die am I?"

"No, why would you think that?"

" Just wanted to check."

"Ugh just come on!"

He grabbed my hand and lead me to the door that we came up from. I haven't been out side of the tree house sense I got here. I held Jacks hand tight as we made our way down, The cool air from that woods felt good on my warm face. Jack lead me to a large clearing With a small lake. There was a rope swing at the far end of the lake, Jack pulled me in front of him and fell backwards in to the water. His arms were wrapped tight around me as we can up to the surface. I pushed him back under and swam way, he swam to me and picked me up out of the water and carried me out to the rope swing and sat me down beside it on a fallen tree.

"My dad always took me here when I was little, till he went away."

"Yeah then why did you take me here?"

"Well Lex, I need someone else that's special to me to be here now."

I kissed him and jumped back in to the water and Jack jumped In after me. He cased me down and grabbed me by the hands and pulled me as close to him as he could and kissed me slowly as I wrapped my legs around his waist, he pick us out of the water and pulled away.

"Lex we can't do this we're not ready."

"I know that's why we're not going to take this any further."

I unwrapped my legs and stood in front of him were I kissed him again. We walked out of the water and then went back home.

"Hey, Lex when I left like that the other night.. It was my mom she called me and told me Chase is in the hospital, His heart failed when I was talking to him. Telling him everything was going to be fine, That's why I came home like that and today I wanted to make it up to you by letting you out of the house to my special place."

"Oh baby, you should of just told me. I would of talked to you about it and helped you, you have to tell me these things okay? We are together now, its not just your problem its our problem. Okay?"

"Okay And did you just call me baby."

My face turned red.

"Yes, is that okay?"

"Yeah I like it."

It wa getting dark so we got ready of bed and fell asleep.
