Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thank you so, so, so much for all of your support on this fic. I have loved every second of writing it, all to seeing your reactions. I decided to end it on this open note as I may at some point want to continue the saga with a second book, but also don't want to force anything.
At the moment, I am working on a second fic called 'Legal trouble' on my page which I will complete before writing a sequel to this book. I want to make sure that everything I write has a point and I know where I want the book to go beforehand which is why I'm not throwing myself into a sequel immediately after finishing this one.
If a second book in the series is what you want, please let me know and I will start concocting a plot haha because at the moment I'm not too sure where it would lead to.

Well, the hate on this story just keeps growing with every comment and it's very demoralising 😭 there might not be a part 2 at this rate because I don't think I can handle getting this kind of feedback on a second book too.
Anyway, thank you to those who choose to not leave mean comments and I'm sorry that a sequel might be delayed. If I could, I would block those people and make a sequel, but at this point I dread getting comments because 99% of them on this fic are hate on Y/n or the plot.
I understand getting negative feedback is an important part of writing, and I love constructive criticism so I can improve my work, but when people are using slurs, attacking you personally as the author and completely tearing apart every aspect of the plot, this doesn't leave any room for improvement and simply makes me feel awful.
Sorry to everyone who enjoyed the fic for the negative note to end on, I just feel so put down and sad at the moment that I don't really feel like taking this fic any further for the time being. I'm by no means ruling out the possibility of a second book, in fact, I had already started thinking about a plot, but in recent weeks the hate has just grown. I'm sorry and I hope I will feel confident enough to take this book further at some point in the future.
