We see Kuro standing in a void as a voice starts to echo.

AfO: *echo* Kuro...

*echo* Kuro...

*echo* Kuro...

???: *normal voice* Kuro!

Kuro!

Oi! Snap out of it!

A hand smacks the back of Kuro's head as he sees Kirishima staring at him.

Kuro: Um... what's going on?

Kirishima: We were talking about the Sports Festival, but you seemed to be zoned out. Everything okay, man?

Kuro: Sports Festival...?

Kirishima: Yeah, weren't you listening to Mr. Aizawa? The UA Sports Festival is in two weeks!

Kuro: I see...

He puts his head down, as from a distance, Jirou was watching the boy with concern in her eyes, but she suddenly snaps her head to the opposite direction.

Jirou: If that's what he wants, then fine!

Later that day, the other classes decided to scout out their competition. Aka. The class who survived a villain attack. Aka. Class 1A!!!

In between, a random dude came in and declared war against the class... then went away.

And so, the two weeks begun as every student trained for the festival.

Momo studied.

Iida ran.

Izuku studied and worked out.

Bakugo practiced on his "DIE!" screams.

Jirou trained her quirk.

The others too... trained their quirks.

Kuro...

Kuro did nothing except physical training, since he needed to work on his body too...

Right...?

Yeah...

Ok, but seriously, that was all the reason, right...?

Who knew...

And just like that, the two weeks were over and the sports festival was today.

Class 1A was in the room when Todoroki, who was supposedly the quiet kid who'd pull an AK-47 from his bag and shoot everything to nothingness, decided to have a chat with Izuku.

He too... declared a war on Izuku. What's with the declaration of wars? Jeez.

But anyways, the students were called forth as Kuro was called for the students pledge.

Kuro: Um... I don't have anything prepared, so just give it to the person who scored second highest.

And so, Bakugo was given the opportunity to give the speech.

And what did he say...?

Bakugo: I just wanna say... I'm gonna win.

Everyone started to boo for Bakugo, as the first challenge was soon decided to be an obstacle course.
