Kuro was walking in his void when he sighs.

Kuro: 2 months already. All I've learned about the League is that Tomura's quirk allows him to decay things, but it also makes his skin flaky and rough. Dabi is Endeavor's son, Touya Todoroki. His quirk gives him hotter firepower than Endeavor's, but his skin is incompatible with heat. Twice is a victim of DID and had a good enough job before he became a villain. And that's it. *sigh* Well, dimension 12, here we come. God, please don't let it be another waste of time.

He walks into a spot and exits in an alleyway.

Kuro: Ok, here we go.

He walks outside and sees people walking around. 

Kuro: *inspecting people* Hmmm... No signs of mutation-type quirks... actually... no signs of quirks at all... Maybe a quirkless universe...?

He keeps walking until one thing becomes evident.

Either, the universe was a quirkless one, or nobody was using their quirks in public. 

Kuro: Okay... so I'm definitely not in Japan... These building styles are not Japanese AT ALL! Ok, so... gym AND fast food at literally wherever you lay your eyes... Yepp... I'm in America. God, I'm so thankful to Dad for teaching me English!

Kuro walked up to a man who didn't even acknowledge his presence till Kuro called him.

Kuro: Umm... excuse me?

Man: Huh? What do you want kid? I'm late here.

Kuro: Can you tell me your quirk?

Man: My quirk...? I'd say... playing guitar and dancing, maybe?

Kuro: Ah, I see. Thanks for your cooperation sir.

He walks at a distance and starts to think.

Kuro: Ok, so he didn't know about a quirk. So my guess of a quirkless world is confirmed. Now I just need to somehow find information about Toga, Compress, and Spinner.

He sees that a bunch of people were sitting on a bench in a park and decides to approach them.

Kuro: Umm... excuse me, do you guys know a Himiko Toga?

???: Himiko Toga? Yeah. She's my waifu!

???2: What? Bud, she'll kill you.

???: I know! That's why she's the best waifu!

???2: *angry* WHAT?! BEST WAIFU IS OBVIOUSLY HINATA!

???: *angry* HUH?!! THAT'S NOT EVEN THE SAME ANIME!!!

???3: *to Kuro* See what you did? Now these two are at each other's necks. And I have to deal with them, so thanks a lot. -_-

Kuro slowly gets out of there.

Kuro: Okay, so people are no use here... maybe the internet...?

He soon finds a cyber cafe.

Kuro: Ok, I first need money to use the internet. And obviously, the money I have won't work in this universe. So I need a way to earn quick money...

He looks around and sees that at a corner, a man was playing guitar as a few people dropped some change in a cloth placed in front of him.

Kuro: Well, better than nothing, I guess.

He walks up to the man.

???: Hey man! Do you love music?!

Kuro: I sure do. So hey, if it's okay with you, can I play some tunes real quick? I need some quick money.
