Thinking of names

Everyone is at school and daycare, it's only Maya and Carina at home.

Carina: oh my goodness it's almost Katherine-Rose's first birthday... ouhhh it's exciting!!

Maya: BABEEEEEEEEEE ! Where are you?
Carina: in the closet, getting ready! And where have you been?
Maya: okay, I've been outside in the backyard and I thought about something...
Carina: okay what did you think about?
Ouhhhhh you look so adorable with a growing bump! Is that what I looked like?
Maya: Awnn thank you, and yes that's what you looked like!

**Carina gave her wife kisses **
Maya: I've been thinking of names, and remember when you said you wanted to call "Chloe" a different name but we let Lorenzo pick out her name?

Carina: yea I remember.... Wait , are you saying that you want to name it " CHARLOTTE" if it's a girl?
Maya: yea, Charlotte deluca Bishop ! It has a wonderful ring to it, and her nickname can be Charlie!
Carina; oh my goodness, yesssss ! I think it's a good idea, thank you for letting me know,
Maya: it's a cute and adorable name,
Carina: as much as I love the name Charlotte and very much regret not ever using it with our girls, my intuition is that we are having a boy.
Maya: awnnn wait really? Why is that?
Carina: no clue, plus we don't have many boys... but if we have a little Charlotte waiting for us to find out what gender they are going to be... I'm saying they, because I hate saying it.
Maya: okay.

Carina: Babe, I just want you to wrap your head around the fact that you have a possibility of still carrying twins.
Maya; yea I know, I'm slowly getting ready for that possibility.  Could you imagine if we got two more twins but they were boys. So we would both have carried a set each...
Carina: yea that would be fun... it's going to be okay, we just need to go through it one month at a time okay?
Maya: I know, ouhhhh you know what I have to do ?
Carina: what is that?
Maya: I have to call Hank Voight , the boss of Seattle Police, to see if he can hire me back as an nine one one operator cause I'm not going to be able to be a firefighter and be pregnant at the same time!
Carina: right, you better go call him now , and see what he says , I'm sure he's going to take you back!

** Maya got on her phone and called Hank Voight**

Maya: hi Hank Voight ?
Hank : Hi yes , this is he, how may I help you?
Maya: I don't know if you remember me but I was once a nine one one operator, I'm Maya DELUCA-Bishop!
Hank : ohhh hi Maya , yes I remember you, you were a beautiful and wonderfully nine one one operator, we missed you around here,
Maya; wait really?
Hank: yes , you know you can always come back and I'll always have a job for you.
Maya: that's fantastic news, thank you, I was actually calling to ask you if you were willing to hire me back, see the thing is, my wife nd I, my wife is Carina DELUCA bishop ! A wonderful doctor!
Hank: oh right, I remember her , she was Erin's doctor right?
Maya: yes that's right,
See I kind of wanted to see what it would be like to be pregnant, so I'm actually three months pregnant , due some time in September,
Hank : oh my goodness, congratulations, I can definitely have you on desk duty , and even after you deliver, you are more welcome to be part of the district!
Maya: okay good, thank you, so what is the plan , do I work from home or I go in the office?
Hank : ooh it's totally up to you, I will free a space for you here in the district, but you can also work from home, no problem with that, at all, as long as you do your hours,
Maya: right thank you, I'll see what is the best option for me right now and call you back in a few minutes okay?
Hank: okay perfect, and I'm sending you and your wonderful family my best regards!
Maya: okay thank you!

** Maya hung up the phone **

Babbeeeeee ! I did it!
Carina: what?
Maya: he offered me a job? And I can do it from here, I told him , we wanted to try for another baby, and this time I'm carrying the baby, because I wanted to experience it at least once, and he said congratulations, you have always been welcome to work here even after I deliver the baby!
Carina: ohhhh that's fabulous!
** she kisses her wife **
I knew he would take you back!
Maya: right! Ohhhh I'm so relieved! ** She sat down on the couch and gestured to her wife to do the same **
Carina:  Bambina, I'm so proud of you!
Maya: thank you but why?
Carina: because you are never giving up , on anything that you do, whether it's personal or professional stuff , I admire you, and I want to say it again, but I know you didn't have to do it, you know be pregnant, because I'm warning you, it can be hard, but I'm also proud of you, that you are handling it very very well,
Maya: babe, I thank you for your kind words, but I'm.... ** she then thought for a few seconds and she decided not to say what she was about to say **
