Maya is now five months pregnant, and she's getting extremely anxious, she really doesn't want to deliver their twins prematurely, she wants Addison to come over the house to get a proper ultrasound even though Carina has been giving her proper ones since the very beginning, she also wants to ask Addison if she can deliver the babies.

Maya: what time did you say Addison would be here babe?
Carina: imuhhh  eight , fourty five , babe,
Maya: okay! What are you doing?
Carina: I'm in the babies room, setting up a little more room decorations, ** Carina and Maya both agreed to have the nursery DINOSAUR themed , Carina has been painting several different kind of dinosaurs here and there, it's super cute **

Carina: yea of course, I will, and if it is , we will not freak out alright?
Maya: okay thank you!

Carina : yea babe , it's definitely twins !
And it looks like they are going to be Fraternal!
Maya: what ?
Carina: yea look , they are in completely different sacks ! It's twins babe!

Maya: Babe we are going to need a baby album.
Carina; we will definitely get one for sure.
Maya: okay, I've been thinking about this and I want you as my birthing partner and not as my obgyn,
Carina: alright, I'll do exactly what you did to me , give me water, massages , anything,
Maya : okay thank you! I'll feel more safe knowing that you are by my side, we should call Addison and see what she thinks No?
Carina: we don't need to, babe, I'll request her for you, home or hospital birth. Whichever one you want to, we'll hopefully be able to give you your dream birth experience,
Maya: I'm not sure, which one I would want more, what do you suggest?
Carina : well both are safe, but now that we know for sure you are carrying twins, I'd highly recommend a hospital birth , if gosh forbid anything happens. But you can still try a home birth and we are ten minutes away from my clinic and twenty minutes away from Grey's Sloan Hospital.
Whatever you feel comfortable, I will definitely support your decision, I mean we are opting for the healthiest and emergency free delivery, so we will definitely do what you want to , when you go into labour okay!
Maya: alright thank you for letting me speak my worries and letting me know what my options are!

Maya: I'm a little terrified that they might be born earlier then they are supposed to , babe, I don't want to deliver prematurely.
Carina: okay, again that's a extremely valid and reasonable thought, but I can put you on bed rest until you get closer to your delivery date babe, bed rest sucks but it's how I managed to carry vivi and Scarley full term ,
Maya: okay yeah I'd prefer that thank you!

Maya babe we should get a baby book no ? Like we did for the older kids, and we should prepare the video camera, make sure it fully charged,
Carina: about the baby album, I'm already ahead of you on this one, look which one do you prefer between these ones? And it's fully charged babe don't worry.

Maya: hrmmm ouhhhh these one are pretty cute let's go with the dinosaur themed , so it'll match perfectly with their bedroom decors.
Carina: alright. There's only one more thing to do now

Carina: fill it out with pictures
Maya: okay but there's no pictures inside
Carina: exactly so whenever you are up to the I can do an impromptu photoshoot or if you prefer it professional photographer can come here and get your pictures taken...
Maya: wouldn't be even more intimate if you were to do it?
Carina; yea it would be.
Maya: okay well how about tomorrow?
Carina: sounds perfect for me, and I even took a few pictures of you when you were in your first trimester. Don't worry you look stunning.
