Maya: owwwwwww , everything hurts, I want them out now babe,
Carina: yea I know you do, but you are doing such a wonderful job.
Maya: I can't , owwwww ,
Carina: breathe, in and out, everything is going to be fine!
Maya: I am really scared babe anhhhh okay they are pretty close together now no?

Maya: ahhhhhh owwwww ! The contractions aren't stopping but they are incredibly strong, I want to go to the hospital now please!
Carina: yea alright, let's get dressed, decently,

** maya had nothing on, Carina had a tank top on with a pair of underwear, she gladly helped maya get dressed in maternity leggings and a shirt and she helped her get a pair of easy shoes like sandals **
Carina: let me call Andrew now Bambina!
Maya : good idea!
** Carina is on the phone with her brother **
Hi Andrew, so sorry to wake you up at this hour but ummm Maya is in full on labour and we need to go to the hospital now!
Andrew: hi sis , ohhh alright, I'll be there in five!
Carina: okay thank you fratelino!

**Carina hung up with her brother **
Okay maya honey, Andrew is on his way, he is five minutes away babe.
Maya: okay, perfect, I'm really really nervous babe.

Carina: okay, breathe maya!
** she is now behind her wife giving her a nice back massage while Maya is rocking her hips back and forth, she lets out several moans **

Carina: okay! Babe , we should be in the hospital by two FOURTY - or two fifty am maximum babe,
Maya: alright, ahhhhh thank goodness we live very close to the hospital.
Carina: yea I know, What are you feeling ?

Carina: okay. Hang in there, Addison knows we are coming, she said she'll do her best to have a room ready for you by the time we get there, but she's with Other labouring moms.

Carina : yea she is , don't worry about it, we will get you an excellent obgyn okay?
Maya: okay! Ahhhh ! Soooo much pressure fuuuuckkkkkk !!!
Carina: I'm going as fast as I can babe
Maya: it's fine, I know, I don't want you to cause an accident to get me to the hospital in time!
Carina: okay thank you, we are almost there!
Maya: okay, the pressure went away.
Carina: okay perfect, you are so strong babe I'm extremely proud of you.
Maya: thank you, next red light, can you give me a kiss ?

**Next red light Carina gave her wife a kiss **
Carina: we are almost here my love! One more red light!

** One more light later Carina pulled up in her normal parking lot spot and she assisted her wife with a wheelchair and she did all the paperwork for her wife. When they arrived at the hospital, they had to wait a few minutes before they were seen by Addison, in the meantime, Carina hold her wife's hand and reassured her that everything was going to go perfectly! **

Addison: okay, uhhh Maya DELUCA Bishop?
Maya : yea?
Addison: alright, we have a room ready for you, right this way!
Carina: alright thank you.
Maya: I need to get on the bed ! Ahhhh Addison, please don't send us back home, everything hurts.
Addison: okay, well we know you are at least two and a half centimetres dilated, so that's good.
Carina: I haven't checked her since last night, she was two and a half,
Maya: ouhhhh ! Ahhhh .
** she is now naked underneath the hospital gown and she is spreading her legs out wide , hopefully she will dilate faster **
Carina: you are doing such a wonderful job babe!
Maya: I can't do this anymore babe, ahhhhhh ! Can someone please check my cervix owwwwww !
Addison: okay, I'll check it, breathe in and out Maya, everything is going well. Your babies are doing well,
SEVERAL HOURS LATER!!
**ITS NOW 11h am Maya is in excruciating pain, Carina is doing the best she can to help
Her wife , she knows what she's going through.**
Maya: okay owwwwww , I feel sooooo much pressure Carina, please call Addison in !
Carina: okay breathe,
** she is giving her wife cold face cloth on her shoulders and neck to keep her cool and ease her pain the best way she can**
Carina: she's on her way to check your cervix!
Maya: okay thank you, ahhhhh ! How did you do that FIVE TIMES BABE
Carina; I don't know, I just did my best!
Maya: yea well, I think I'm pushing babe! Ahhhhhh !
**Addison came in Maya's hospital room and she quickly saw that there was no time for small talk in between contractions **

Addison: okay, I'll check your cervix now!
Maya: please do, cause I'm getting extremely pushy Addison, ahhhhhhh !
Addison: you are now fully dilated!
Carina: that's good babe, you can now push on your next contraction,
Maya: okay, thank goodness, ahhhhh ! Can you please break his water bag please?
Addison: yea that's my next step ,
Carina: okay you are doing a wonderful job babe, Giovanni is coming out soon to meet us,

Addison: okay, I'll break your waters for Giovanni's and he is right here, ready , and he has a beautiful name ,
Carina and Maya: thank you, all of our boys have e Italian names and our girls are American names !
Maya: right! Hrmmm , the combination of both of their moms ! AHHHHHHHHH OWWWWWWWWW ! Woah there's soooo much water ahhhhhh fuck fuck !
Addison: everything is fine, it's totally normal don't worry,
Maya: okay! Hrmmmm ! Ahhhhh im seriously pushing and I can't stop the pushing!
Carina: alright, push babe, you are almost done,I'm really really proud of you!
Maya: kiss me Carina!
** Carina kisses her very courageous wife **
Carina: alright! Our boys are coming,
Maya: AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH FUCKKKK FUCK FUCK IT FUCKING HURTSSSSSS !
Addison: yea it's painful but you are doing it,
Carina: he's almost here babe!

Addison: one more contraction and he'll be here.

Carina: one more contraction and one more push , babe you got this.
Maya: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ! Oh my goodness, it's over!!
**Addison placed Giovanni on Maya's chest and Carina cut the umbilical cord. Maya and Carina are both crying of joy! **
Congratulations he's beautiful,
Carina and Maya: thank you, he's so precious!
Addison: I'm going to weigh him and give him back to you Maya!
Maya: okay, thank you, ahhhh ! It feels sooooo good,
Carina; yea I know, you did amazing Maya, he's absolutely perfect! Ughhh , I could kiss you everywhere.
** Maya is holding their third son while she waits for more contractions to come **
Maya : please kiss me everywhere, Carina,
Carina: I will!
Addison: any guesses on his weight?
Maya and Carina: uhhh yea ,
Carina: my guess is uhhh six pounds eleven ounces and twenty inches long.
Maya: okay uhhhh six pounds twelve ounces and seventeen inches long, I really don't know how much he could weight,
Addison: his official Weight is seven pounds three ounces and eighteen inches long!
Maya: okay, ohhhhh my goodness, I now understand how you felt after delivering our five children!
Carina : yea, it's an amazing feeling .

Addison: you should feel more contractions now!
Maya: yea , I'm feeling pressure again ahhhh ! Is he head down?
Carina and Addison: yea he is, almost here too!
Carina: both of our sets of twins are going to be close in—- they won't be too far apart in time ,
Maya: yea I hope too because I don't have the energy to go several hours of labour again !
