Addison: hi good morning ladies ! Who's ready to go home?
Maya: hi Addison, ohhh I am more than ready !
Carina: yea, thank youuu Addison for everything, literally, I'm still on call only but if possible, don't page me please!
Addison: don't worry about it, Carina, you do have your own clinic and you work on your own hours, Your staff know that Maya gave birth yesterday, so I will be doing shifts here and at your wonderful clinic with Jo as well.
Carina: okay well I'm really really thankful and grateful for you. Seriously. Thank you.
Addison: you are more than welcome. I won't keep you here any longer, your beautiful children are waiting for you at home.

Carina: okay little guy , it's time to go home!
Yea, that's right we are going home ! Ohhhh one big stretch for mister Salvatore. Yea ouhhhhh !
Maya : how adorable are they?
Carina : too adorable . Just like all of their other siblings.  I just...
** she got emotional thinking about her parents, both of them, unfortunately dead, she didn't know how to handle that without crumbling up in tears **
Maya: what's wrong?
Carina: nothing, I uh just thought about my dad, even though he was abusive with me all my life, he still taught me valuable things that I managed to incorporate those valuable things to our beautiful children...
Maya: yea, I know it must've been extremely hard, babe, and bringing our last baby boys into the world two weeks after your father's death, I'm truly truly sorry.
Carina: thank you, ** she kisses her wife with tears in her beautiful brown eyes **

Maya: okay, let's go home, I'm ready!
Carina: alright, are you okay to walk to the car? I can bring the—- let me bring the van up to the main entrance and I'll help you get in the car.
Maya: ohhh alright, thank you,
Carina: No worries, that's what you did for me the past five "going home from the hospital" so I'm returning the favour, with lots of love.
Maya: okay,

** A few minutes later Carina parked the fifteen passenger van and helped her wife buckle up their beautiful fraternal twin boys in . **

Carina: we are going to have to rearrange the seating arrangements in the van.
Maya: yea. We'll do that another day babe,
Carina: yea I know. Okay, are you comfortable with being in the middle seat?
Maya: oh yes , everything is okay, let's go see our children.
Carina: siiii !

** Fifteen minutes later Carina and Maya are now home with Giovanni and Salvatore! The moms both thought of a fun way to reveal the genders. They dressed the boys in complete white onesies and they covered their car seat with pink blankets. To make everyone think that they have two new little sisters**

Carina parked the fifteen passenger van in the driveway and picked up Salvatore in his newborn car seat while Maya was carrying Giovanni inside their huge mansion home.

Carina: hi everyone, we're home!!!
Maya : hrmmm no one is at the door to greeet us
Carina: they must be in the indoor jungle gym , babe!

** They were in fact in the Indoor jungle gym, Carina rang the door bell and their perfect six older kids ran into the main house door that's connected to the indoor jungle gym area of the house **
Maya: I'm going to set up the video camera for the big reveal.
Carina; excellent idea.
Maya; guys we're hooooooooomeeeeeeee !!!

Lorenzo: hiiii moms!!! Everyone come look, moms are home with our new little siblings.
Violet: hiii moms ! Ohhh we missed you all sooo much, mommy, you look amazing. It doesn't seem like you gave birth to twins.
Maya: ahhh well thank you,
Londyn : hi momma! Remember me ? Your last baby girl ever—- ** she noticed that her two new little siblings were all covered in pink blankets **
Carina: hiii Londyn ! I missed you all so much,
Andrew and Tristan: hi !!
Carina: hi fratelino, hi Tristan! Ohhh how much I've missed you two ! Everyone behaved well right?
Tristan: yea momma don't worry everyone was well behaved. They look adorable.
Londyn : I missed you more,
Scarlett : hi moms, soooo can we know what they are now please please!
Carina: okay that's wonderful news that everyone was well behaved. And yes of course, everyone sit down on the big double couch and we are going to get them out of their car seats, ** both moms removed the pink blankets and immediately Lorenzo knew he had two new little sisters **
Carina: but before we get to revealing their genders and names , momma has some bad news to tell you,
The kids: ohhh ohhh , what's wrong momma?
Carina: it's uh about Grandpa Vincenzo...
