**ERIN AND JAY HALSTEAD  TRIED FOR ANOTHER BABY, she's eventually pregnant with her third baby, they don't know what they are having this time around. Erin Wanted Carina to be her obgyn, she obviously agreed ! Today Carina is going to go check on Erin , at her house... she's three almost four months pregnant now!**

Carina: babe I'm sooo sorry to leave you alone with the three youngest , I really really have to go check on Erin, she's almost four months pregnant.. and I totally forgot about that home appointment!
Maya: babe don't worry about it, everything is good, the boys are sleeping and I'm going to do fun activities with Londyn !
Londyn : ohhh yayyyy , look i got play doe , wanna play wif me mommy?
Carina: okay, Londyn , please be good for mommy, okay, momma has to go somewhere but I will be back home soon! Okay?
Londyn : ohhh okay, it's okay momma ! I got this , mommy and I are going to have lots of fun,
You go momma , babies need you help now !

** Carina was dressed in her usual working clothes so Londyn knew she was going to work ! **

Carina: okay thank you, I'll be back home soon! Can momma have a kiss please?
Londyn : ohhh yesssss  , mouahhhh !

** Carina gave her wife kisses and she left her house to go to Erin's house **

Carina was now at Erin and Jays house! She got everything she needed, and she was just happy to be back to work ! She loves her work , she knocked on the door!!!

**Erin opened the door with a now two year old Madelynn in her arms and she had a little baby bump now! **

Carina: hiiii Erin ,
Erin : ohhh hi Carina, come on in !
Carina: hiii ,, ohhh she's really really cute, and really looks exactly like you Erin!
Liam : hiiii Carina, remember me , I'm Liam.
Carina: Liam , yes , I remember you, how are you doing today? How old are you now ? Eight?
Liam : I'm doing good thank, mommy has a baby in her stomach, and I'm only four years old.
Carina: ohhh right, that's okay I'm here to check on the baby,
Liam : ohhh alright! Mommy, I'm going with daddy,
Erin : ohhh okay , be careful please,

**Jay was going to the hardware store for the new baby's nursery, Erin and Jay didn't really planned for another baby, it was a wonderful surprise, so they got rid of Madelynn's baby crib when she got her new toddler bed **

Liam : mommy we going to the store, don't worry!
Erin : alright, Madelynn, you can go play in your playroom while Carina checks on your brother or sister!
Madelynn: okay mommy, nice to see you Carina, you are very beautiful!
Carina: Awnn thank you, you are very beautiful as well, just like your momma.
Madelynn : thank you.
Erin : thank you, okay let me lay down on the couch right?
Carina: yes please.
Erin : alright,  so how's everything going with your family?
Carina: ohhh uhhh it's a little tense ! But that's because things happened pretty much at the same time, Maya recently gave birth to our last set of twins, fraternal this time, on September 10 th,  both are boys.
Erin : Awnn that's sweet, congratulations!
Carina: thank you, but two weeks before they were born, I lost my father, due to an unknown illness really, well it was caused by his bipolar disorder and that ended up being an infection of something... and he unfortunately died of the infection....  everything is a blur honestly...
Erin: Awnn I'm so sorry about that, I really am!
Carina: thank you, and I don't know when or how to grieve properly.... Because I came back home from the hospital when my dad died , and went straight into " birth partner" mode for my wife ! And I know it's unfair to her that I can't... I can't grieve and take care of our newborn babies, along with our other older children...
Erin : ohhh , right, I hope everything will work out alright.
Carina: thank you, okay so look , here's your baby, everything is fine, they are measuring beautifully for almost four months...
Erin : they? IM CARRYING MULTIPLES ?
Carina: ohhh no , it's only one baby, I heard you didn't want to know what it was until birth , that's why I said They!
Erin: oh yea, we want to be surprise with this one, so when am I going to be supposedly due ?
Carina: well you possibly conceived in June , so uhhh , March  of next year. It's really really hard to say what exact day , but you're going to be 40 weeks pregnant March 25 th....
Erin : alright thank you sooo much, oh and can you please be my obgyn again? You literally made Madelynn's birth experience one of the best experiences in my life,
Carina: ohhh I would be delighted to be.
Erin : okay thank you . Should I have appointments every months?
Carina: well usually women  have prenatal visits every 4 to 6 weeks until week 28 of pregnancy. Then the visits become more frequent. This is often every 2 to 3 weeks through week 36 of pregnancy. In the final month of pregnancy, you likely will see me every week.
Erin : okay thank you so much for everything.
Carina: it's my pleasure ! I have to get back home to help my wife , the oldest children are gone for the weekend, so we could figure everything out between Maya and I , but thank you Erin, I really really needed to talk to someone about my relationship with my wife. I asked my colleague Addie for a therapist, a new one, and I gave her a call earlier today but she didn't call me back , but I'm definitely going to call you whenever I need to talk to someone, and that goes for you too Bambina, I'm here for you too! As a friend.
