He hated to think about it, but he felt like a dog. The huntress had Jeff on chains, one tied around his chest and the other around his sore neck. Whenever he slowed down or tried to stop, she'd whip the chain and it would slap him in the face, left with scars that only lasted a couple of minutes.
The cuffs around his wrists weren't like anything he had on before. They weren't chains but stainless steel bars that kept his wrists in place, unable to nudge in them at all.
As the two of them walked at dawn in those woods, his cuffs let out a beeping alarm. She stopped and turned to him, Jeff savouring the break he hoped to come. "Don't try to strain yourself." she said to him. "I'm not." he told her.
She walked over to him and took a look at the cuffs. The bulb was flashing a blue light, which meant the prisoner was trying to break free from it. It would signal her whenever a prisoner tried moving their wrists apart. "You probably are thinking you aren't, don't move your wrists."
Jeff let out a sigh. He stood still and waited for the cuffs to fall silent. She kept her eyes on the bulb waiting for the blue light to vanish. The bulb changed colour, lighting red instead of blue, which meant the cuffs were locked. The alarming beep came to a stop. "Keep it like that." she said.
They continued walking in silence. The huntress could spot a road coming her way. She pulled the chains aggressively causing Jeff to trip on his feet. "Not so hard." he let out, catching his breath. The huntress didn't hesitate to stop and kept her focus on the path.
"What are you?" Jeff said trying to catch up with her. She kept silent, ignoring all distractions. How stubborn is she? Jeff thought to himself. She didn't answer any of his questions since she cuffed him up in the woods during the night she chased him down with silver arrows.
"Are you a werewolf hunter?" he asked. He really wanted to know if he was back in the hands of those monsters, wondering if she was taking him to another cage. The idea already disturbed him and he almost regretted asking that question, not wanting to know if that was her purpose.
"No." she murmured as she pulled the chain harder, trying to get the boy to stop talking. Jeff felt relieved. Then what the hell was she? He thought. Maybe he was dealing with something even worse. Oh no, he thought.
"Where are you taking me?"
This time she didn't answer. "Are you going to kill me?"
"Are you ever going to shut up?" her voice raised as she continued walking forward. They were feet away from the road. Jeff could make out another black van parked on the side of the road. It looked similar to the black van that he was kidnapped in weeks ago and his heart began to race.
"Do you know what I am?"
She sighed, figuring the boy wasn't going to stop asking questions. "No." she let out. She waited for another question to scream in her ears but the boy said nothing.
The answer surprised Jeff. Wasn't it obvious after mentioning werewolf hunters? He thought. He picked up the pace and got closer behind her, the chains loosening around his neck. "How about this, if you tell me what you are I'll tell you what I am and I'll shut up for the rest of the trip?"
Her expression never changed. Jeff could almost feel the serious look on her face begin to crawl on him. "Fine. Tell me what you are first." she said. "Werewolf." he answered quickly as he stared at the back of her hood. They appeared out from the trees and onto the empty road. Jeff raised his brows, hoping she kept the deal.
"Vampire hunter." she said aloud. She opened the back door of the van, hiding her face under her black hood. Her answered clicked in Jeff's head. "You killed that vampire back in the woods." he said to her knowing she wasn't going to say anything. "That blood trail...the arrow, it all makes sense." he whispered. "Get in." she ordered to him. He took a peek inside the van. The chains were tied down to a metal handle inside the van with crate like boxes stacked inside. He hopped in and spread his jelly legs onto the floor of the car.

Wolfed Out (Discontinued)
WerewolfA story inspired by TV series Teen Wolf, Arrow, Bitten and The Vampire Diaries. It's a whole new story with elements of these shows and also by similar, inspired characters, but still characters of my own. Because of this I don't expect this story...
