The next scene takes place outside of the Ravencroft Institute for the Criminally Insane, where Eddie Brock is being checked out by Dr. Ashley Kafka, after being treated on account of his Venom experience.
Dr. Kafka: "Congratulations Eddie, you've made phenomenal progress, and we've now decided that you're free to live your life in the outside world again."
Eddie: "Couldn't have done it without you Dr. Kafka."
Dr. Kafka: "However, you may require additional therapy, so we've determined that a fresh start in a new environment will help ease your subconscious. I recommend starting anew in the City of Paris, France."
Eddie: "Paris, huh?"
Dr. Kafka: "If you accept now, the institute will pay for your plane ticket."
Eddie: "Sounds like a plan, Doc. Sign me up."
