Can Spidey Be Trusted?

Ladybug makes it back to her bedroom at the bakery and detransforms into Marinette. Once Tikki flies out of her Miraculous and is fed a scrumptious macaroon, Mari lies on her bed in relief after almost having her identity exposed by Spidey.

Marinette: (Sigh) "That was a close call."

Tikki: "That's for sure, but who was that, Marinette?"

Marinette: "I'm asking the same question. All I know is he goes by the name, Spider-Man."

Tikki: "If you ask me, I think he might be a good guy, like you."

Marinette climbs down from her bed and stands in front of her mirror. She loosens her pigtails to give her midnight-blue hair a soft brush.

Marinette: "How can you be so sure, Tikki?"

Tikki: "He singlehandedly took out that gang of bad guys, didn't he?"

Marinette: "He did, but what if that was just for show, like what Volpina did with that meteor illusion. What if he's a victim of Hawk Moth?"

Tikki: "If he really was working for Hawk Moth, he wouldn't have let you and Cat Noir go when he had you tied up. He would've taken your Miraculous."

Marinette: "Hmm, I guess you have a point. Maybe I was wrong to jump to conclusions. Afterall, I was the one who attacked him first."

Tikki: "It's ok Marinette. You'll have a chance to apologize to Spider-Man later today on the Eiffel Tower."

Tom: "Marinette, Peter? Are you up there?"

Marinette: (Whispering) "Hide Tikki!"

Tikki hides away as soon as Mr. Dupain pokes his head through the attic door.

Tom: "Marinette?"

Marinette: "Oh, hey dad, what's new?"

Tom: "Marinette, Is Peter with you? I don't see him down here."

Marinette: "Oh, he went back to school to get his computer. He'll be home soon."

Tom: "Ok, tell him to hurry; dinner will be ready soon. Ooh, and I have exciting news. Did you know that this Saturday is Jagged Stone's birthday party?"

Marinette: "Yes."

Tom: "Well get this: For his special day, Mr. Stone wants us to bake him a gigantic cake in the shape of a guitar!"

Marinette: "No way!"

Tom: "Yes way. Would you like to help me, and your mother bake it tomorrow?"

Marinette: "Sure."

As Tom goes back downstairs, Tikki reappears from her cover.

Tikki: "A rockstar themed birthday cake? That's sounds delicious."
