As you can see on the video, this is if Bob was Skid's caretaker while Lila was the cannibal serial killer. Here's a little bit of context to the AU from a comment I saw.
Since Skid's dad is the leader of the Cult and Lila was a member of the cult, he manipulated her for so many years up to a point where he tells Lila to sacrifice Skid as a sign of loyalty and instead of leaving the cult to raise him, she slowly becomes insane and decided to kill her son. But Bob stepped in and took over as Skid's caretaker until Lila either gets sent to a mental hospital or gets killed. In the Tender Treats episode, Lila is dressed as a witch like in the photo of her and Jaune when they were little. And she gets arrested by the cops until she was eventually killed when she couldn't stay down.
