Eva's House:
'You like him, don't you?' Eva says randomly.
'Huh?' I put my phone down, realising that I was looking at pictures of me and Gabriel.
'Oh my god...' Eva gasps.
'What?' I ask.
'You're falling for him...' Eva lets out a little smile.
'I. Am. Not.' I roll my eyes.
'Oh you so are.' Eva chuckles.
'No. Nope. Never.' I shake my head.
'Stop lying to me. It's okay if you are. No one is gonna judge.' Eva puts her hand on my thigh.
'It's scary, though.' I shrug.
'Hm, how so?' Eva takes a bite of her cookie.
'I don't know... like, we've known each other for so long, like why now?' I gesture with my hands.
'The heart wants what it wants, Kris. No one can change the heart.' Eva stands up and heads to fridge.
'What do you mean?' I grab a pillow and put it in between my legs.
'I mean... you can't wait for love to come to you, you have to go get it.' Eva gestures with her hands and sits back down.
'And how exactly would you do that?' I ask.
'It's simple. If you want something so much, it will always find it's way to you.' Eva chuckles.
'Maybe.' I look down.
'Definitely.' Eva nods.
