y/n was at home, sat with her siblings, friends, and some of her sibling's friends. it was a large group, and they were all just spread around the living room couch.

there wasn't anything special going on but the park parents were currently out and they told the children to bring many friends over because they were going to have a feast that night. why? they didn't know. maybe it was just for fun.

gunwook had invited his friend group over. that meant that hanbin, hao, matthew, taerae, ricky, gyuvin, and his two other friends, yujin and jiwoong, were there. yujin was the one that was in so-hye's year and jiwoong was the graduate.

so-hye brought a few of her friends over. she has brought yejun, shinae, hwayoung, changmin and eunchae (who was coincidentally one of yunjin's closest friends out of uni). they were so-hye's little friend group, minus a few others since they couldn't make it.

even minhyun had friends over for a little playdate. he had his friends jae, he-ran, and minhee over.

y/n had obviously invited her girls and they were all sat beside each other on the couch. there was a pretty awkward silence that covered them all. the tv was off and they were all just sitting there awkwardly.

the kindergartners werent there with them as they were playing in the playroom, obviously. minhyun claimed that it was big kid time for them so he brought his friends to play in the playroom. they were probably playing roblox on their ipads right now.

"soooo....." y/n drawed out. "oh wait, I realized that we havent been fully introduced to each other. how about we do that?" she suggested so that they didn't have to sit in that awkward silence until something happened.

"right!" gunwook snapped his fingers. "so I brought my friends jiwoong, hao, hanbin, matthew, taerae, ricky, gyuvin, and yujin over." he introduced, pointing at each of them as he said their names. "and if you didn't know, I'm gunwook."

"okay then I'll go next." y/n started. "I'm y/n, the adopted one, and I brought my best friends over. meet soyun, yunjin, and yejin. you can call soyun, tina, and yunjin, jennifer, though because they're from america." she introduced, pointing at her three girlies.

"I guess it's my turn. I'm so-hye and I brought our beloved yejunnie, my babygirl eunchae, changmin my favorite strange person, and my pretend parents hwayoung and shinae." the last park introduced, pointing out all her friends as well. "and hey yujin, I didn't think you'd be here too." she finished, giving the said han a small wave. yujin waved back with a smile, making so-hye smile back at him.

y/n and gunwook made eye contact, sharing a knowing look with each other before minhyun and his friends came running in.

he ran to y/n and placed his hands on her knees. "noona, we're getting hungry. can we have a snack?" he asked, pouting.

"of course you can have a snack, minhyunnie. what do you four want?" she replied, getting up and walking to the kitchen. the four children followed after her like ducklings following their mother, making the "big kids" cooe at them.

y/n got them their snacks, as well as a few extra snacks for the big group in the living room and came back after helping them get sat at the dining table. mother park would've killed her if she let them eat in the playroom.

"I brought a few snacks and drinks if you need any." she announced, placing them on the coffee table in the middle and she sat back in her spot beside tina. she had the end seat, thankfully.

a few 'thank you's were heard around the room as people got whatever snacks or drinks they wanted.

after a bit of chatter, they decided that playing some music and doing random stuff would be the best way for them to pass time. with this, gunwook connected his phone to the tv and they all queued songs.
