Minji's POV :

I was walking to the nearby supermarket alone since all I was thinking about was Yuna offering to cook. I thought if I bought the Ingredients we could cook together and it would be a romantic evening.

On the way I saw an ice cream shop, I hadn't eaten anything since the morning. Yuna wouldn't allow me to have ice cream at home since I've come down. I could hear my stomach rumbling....I shouldn't....

"One Strawberry cone please" I politely ask while grabbing my credit card from my purse.

"Ma'am we don't take card I'm afraid, is it possible that you may have cash on you" the kind lady asks.

Shit. I only went out for groceries I didn't think that I would stop for ice cream on the way.

"I'm sorry Miss, I don't have any cash on me currently" I apologized, bending forward.

"No it's okay I'll pay for it" I heard a familiar voice.

I looked up and realized Ji-Hoon was paying for my ice cream.

"This is from that night in the bar, remember Sunbae" he chuckled.

"The night in the bar?" I questioned

"Yea the first night we met. You got crazy drunk and it was all cute, I took you out to get ice cream but Yuna interfered, taking you home" he chuckled.

"Ohh yes I remember, thanks for the ice cream Ji-Hoon" I smiled.

"So where you headed Minji?" He asked and handed me my ice cream.

"Oh to the grocery store I wanted to get some things to cook a meal.

"Omg Kim-Minji cooking? I didn't think it could happen" he joked

"Well I was just headed to the supermarket to grab some beer for tonight. Me and Kai were going to hang out tonight. You should join us!" He exclaimed.

"I would love to Ji-Hoon. But I already have plans tonight" I apologized.

"It's alright Minji. We can hangout some other night if you don't mind."

"Sure" I smiled and started to walk away.

"Hey Minji..." He mumbled

"We are still friends right?" He said under his breath

"Yea totally" I assured him.

I entered the grocery store and pulled up my phone to grab what I needed.

- Gochujang
- soy sauce
- Rice wine vinegar
- Honey
- Sesame Oil
- Assortment of vegetables
- Chicken (preferred piece)
- assorted seasoning

"You total is 44000 Won miss" The kind cashier said.

Whoa no wonder we don't usually cook. It's so expensive. I hesitantly tapped my card and got out of there. excited to go home and surprise Yuna I realized She was calling me.

"Minji where are you?" Her voice sounded so calm and soft even on call

"I'm coming home right now" I replied, walking up the apartment stairs.

I hung up the call and opened the door to surprise Yuna.

"What's all this?" She says as she looks through the bags.

" I was thinking we could cook dinner tonight... together"

Yuna's face flushed red.

"Minji you don't even know how my cooking is" she said flustered.
