Y/N's POV
Ok it is not my fault that I got arrested. Sure I was a little drunk after my friends party but I thought I drove flawlessly on my way home, needless to say I didn't. I was pulled over and after they did a breathe test on my they confirmed I had been drinking. So I got the cuffs on the wrist, the laws laid out to me, and put in the police car.
Now of course I wasn't going to stay the night in the police station, what they usually do or so I hear is that they let you ring someone to come pick you up. Here comes the hard part....I'm supposed to be asleep back in the tower. I sigh and I think about who I'm gonna call to get me out of this one.
I ran through everyone's schedules. Nat, Pepper, Wanda, Loki, Tony and Thor would be asleep, which meant Bucky and Steve were still awake. They both hated sleeping for some odd reason.
"Alright kid, who can we call?"
I smile as I give my names to the female officer and she does a double take before punching in the numbers.
Steve's POV
Me and Buck had our training session at 3am per usual. Both of our thoughts always kept us up at night and we'd eventually just end up conversing in the kitchen but then we realized we needed to tire ourselves out a bit. So we started training whenever we couldn't sleep and now we've gotten used to us.
We were practicing our punches when my phone started vibrating in my pocket.
"Who the hell would be calling at this hour?" Buck asks as he sits on the bench.
I shrug my soilders before answering the phone, not recognizing the number.
"Hello?"
"Hi is this Steve Rogers?" A female voice asks.
"Yes can I help you?"
"Yes. I have Y/N here down at the station, she was drunk driving but she didn't cause any damage to anything and actually would have passed if we hadn't done a breathe test on her. I was wondering if you could pick her up?"
I rub my forehead and sigh as I confirm I'll pick her up.
"Who was that?"
"We're going to the police station" I inform him.
I inform Bucky in the car as we drive to collect Y/N. We park the car and walk inside and immediately see her in reception waiting for us. She looks up and spots us before coming over.
"Hey guysssss" she greets.
"What were you thinking!? Drinking and driving?" I scold as we make our way to the car.
"I swear I had like half a glass" she reasons as she jumps into the back seat.
"More like half a bucket" Bucky mumbles.
We make it back to the tower and luckily nobody else was awake yet. We made sure Y/N drank loads of water and we guided her up to her room before leaving her to sleep.
Y/N's POV
The next morning I woke up and I had a massive pain in my head. So much for partying. I make my way downstairs to see Steve, Bucky and Loki in the kitchen, Loki minding his own business obviously.
"Ahh sleeping beauty" Bucky remarks.
"Shut up I've got a headache" I groan.
"No shit Sherlock. Just make sure Tony doesn't find out or-
"Y/N DID YOU SNEAK OUT LASTNIGHT!?"
