Me and Ian walk into my house. I throw my bag onto a chair, take off my coat and shoes, and walk over to the kitchen.
I grab something to drink for me and my twin. The slightly older boy sits at the counter, waiting for me to give him one.
I make some coffee and give the boy opposite of me one of the two. I walk around the counter, sitting next to my twin, waiting for the eight boys to arrive.
~~~
Ian and I are hanging in the television room. Ian has put on a show on Netflix we are watching together. The doorbell rings and I get up from the couch to walk to the front door.
I open the door and see the eight boys standing outside. I step to the side to make room for them to walk in. The boys walk by me one by one, entering my house, giving me a warm smile. I close the door after the last one entered.
They all take off their coats and shoes and wait for me to lead them further in the house.
"You always take off your shoes when you enter a house? No offence, I was just wondering," I ask, interested.
"It's some sort of habit in Korea. Otherwise it is considered disrespectful," the leader explains. I nod my head, understandingly, and lead them further into the house to the kitchen.
"What do you guys want to drink? We have a lot, so I'm sure we have for every one of you something to your liking."
The guys say their choice of drink one by one and I start preparing them.
"Your house is really big and beautiful, though," the boy with blonde hair states, looking around the area. He gives me sunshine vibes.
"Yeah well, I can't say that I don't earn enough money to pay for this, can I?" I chuckle.
It's true. Being a celebrity, actor, and singer at the same time earns lots of money. I'm not a pick-me girl by admitting that.
"So what are you guys doing here in LA?" I ask the eight boys who are waiting for their drinks to be ready. At that time, Ian walks in and helps me with the drinks.
"We are on tour here. We stay here for two weeks and then continue traveling through America," the one with the gentle eyes, second tallest, and black hair explains.
"That's cool. I wish I could see one of your concerts now after I saw your performance at the talk show. You guys are really talented." The eight boys in front of us bow at us politely.
"You don't have to be so formal towards us, we're younger than you are anyways," the slightly older boy states. "And I totally agree with my twin sister. How come we have never heard of you before?"
"We're not that famous yet," the youngest calls out. I chuckle at his statement.
'Yet.'
In the meantime, Ian and I are done with the drinks and give each boy their choice of drink. They happily accept it.
"Should we watch a movie or something? A new one came out recently," the boy next to me suggests.
"Oh yes, I heard a lot about it. Let's watch it!" the shortest calls out happily.
We all agree and walk over to the television room. Ian and the latter talk about the film we want to watch and already get along pretty well.
We walk in the room and the show Ian and I are watching has been paused on the screen. I sit on the couch, grab the remote, and look up the film we want to watch.
"You guys are watching this show?" the boy I've met before asks. I turn to him and give him a smile.
"Yeah, you know it?" I reply to the boy. His face lights up and sits next to me. "I love it! I'm watching it now as well, the members don't want to join me. I'm on season 5 episode 14 now," the boy excitedly tells me.
We talk a little more with the 10 of us to get to know each other better. Now I know everyone's names.
The leader is called Chan.
The bunny boy is Minho.
The shortest is Changbin.
The, overly, exited boy is Jisung.
The sunshine is Felix.
The one with the gentle eyes and second tallest is Seungmin.
The youngest is called Jeongin.
And I already knew Hyunjin, the pretty and tallest boy.
I've heard more of the eight boys in front of me, embarrassing stories included. I now also know how much of a fan they are of us.
I do have the feeling the eight boys feel a little more comfortable with us as normal people and not as celebrities, where I feel more comfortable with as well.
[Hyunjin's POV]
My members and I are talking and laughing with Ian and Nikki in their television room. They are much more fun than I thought they would be, they're really generous and selfless.
Minho did embarrass me by telling the twins I have a celebrity crush on Nikki. Fortunately, Jeongin also spilled Minho, Felix, and him had a crush on her some time ago.
And that's how the topic crushes established.
The love life of me and the members really is boring compared to the twins. Not that they have that much, we just have something close to nothing.
Kind of the fault of the K-pop industry.
Apparently, the twins don't know anything about the K-pop industry. Chan gave them a whole speech of all the things that are important.
The both of them listen to him in shock.
"Okay, that's much more complicated than here in America," Nikki admits and turns concerned. We ease her that we're okay and that we don't really mind. She's not totally convinced, but lets it go either way.
After talking for over an hour, we finally start the film. I sit between Nikki and Changbin and the film starts to play.
