I lay my phone away again, focusing on the screen in front of me.

Do you believe me if I say this happens every day? Well, you should because it does happen every day.

Someone's calling my phone and I answer it. It's my manager.

"Hey Nikki, how are you?"

"I'm fine, thanks. What's up?"

"Well, I figured you haven't been on insta in a while since you don't know what's happening."

"What's going on?"

"Before I start, I'm going to take care of it, you don't need to worry about anything. But Della just posted on her insta 'how you ruined her life' and I'm telling you, it's viral."

My heart sinks as deep as it can and I can't get any word out of my throat. My mouth opens, hoping something will come out, but it doesn't.

"I know this is a lot, but don't go on social media to find out what she's saying, because it's bullshit. I'll find something that proofs that it's made up and I'm already working on it. I just wanted to inform you before anyone else did. Do you want me to tell Ian so you don't have to?"

I nod my head, but figure she can't see me so I force myself to say something.

"Yes," I whisper out, coming out softer than I intended. Fortunately, she could hear me.

"Okay, I'll contact him. Don't worry, this will all go away and your fans have your back. The real fans know that that account is nothing but lies and they will also help to protect you. Just remember that a lot of people love you, okay?"

I smile and her comment, thinking about my friends and fans that helped me for so long.

I think about the fans who always supported me whenever they could. I think about my childhood friends who helped me with the issue with my parents and Della herself. I think about Millie and Paddy who helped me through one of the darkest times in my life. I think about Ian with who I survived all of this.

"I love you so much for that, thank you."

"You don't have to do this alone. You and Hyunjin don't have to do this alone. I'll contact Ian and after that JYP to tell him my plan and everything. Have some rest, please. I'll talk to you later."

I hang up the phone and let myself fall back on the couch.

The urge to open my phone and check what Della said about me is huge, but I know it will hurt me so much if I would, so I don't. So instead I grab the remote control and press play, starting the show again.

Am I too lazy to come up with a threat Della made up? Yes. Is my humor broken? Yes. Do I love writing text chapters? Yes. Is this a filler up chapter? Yes. But did I have fun writing this kind of short but funny but emotional chapter? Absolutely.
