Chapter. 3

Magda shouts storming up to me. "You've been bothering me since we got back to school!" I say throwing my hands into the air. "You giant asshole!!" She says shoving me. "Your the asshole!" I say shoving her back. "Ooo little miss perfect isn't so perfect anymore!" She laughs. "I'm not perfect!" I say ask Link steps in front of me. "Back off." He says calmly. "What's going on? I step out for one moment." Urbosa says annoyed. "Yeah come have your little boyfriend come save you huh?" Magda says ignoring Urbosa. "He's not my boyfriend!! And he's not saving me!" I say moving Link out of the way. "Alright! That's enough! Magda: Go to the office! Zelda, Link, My office NOW! We're ending class everyone out!!" Urbosa shouts as Magda storms out of the gym. I leave the gym storming into Urbosa's office. Once the door closes I start yelling and cursing to myself.

"Zelda, watch your tongue!" Urbosa says entering the room. I look up realizing Link is in the room with me.. "Sit down." Urbosa growls, taking a seat in her chair. I glare, taking a seat. "What happened out there!?" Urbosa asks, looking at both me and Link. "Nothing!" I mumble looking at my hands. "That's a lie! Zelda what happened? If you don't tell me, Link will."

"I did nothing! Magda had been attacking me every time we play any sports!!" I growl. "Is that true?" Urbosa says looking at Link as he nods. "Why? Why Zelda? That's not like you!" She says pinching the bridge of her nose. I look up from my hands... "Your Mother would be disappointed." She says making eye contact.. Truth sits in her eyes as she stares at me with disappointment. Tears sting my eyes. 'That hurt... More then it would if mother was still here.' "H-how can you say that?" I ask "I...I didn't mean that." She says realizing what she just said. "No you did.. Your right.. I'm just a big disappointment.. To you, to father.. And to mother..." I sob, tears spilling from my eyes. "I need to go..." I say getting up and running out of the room... Feeling hurt.. and heartache... 'It.. It hurts.. It hurts so much... Urbosa was right.. I am a disappointment.. How could mother ever have loved me... It's m-my fault she's gone...' I think running out of the school, stopping behind the back of the school, falling to my knees.. crying, wrapping my arms around myself.. Feeling disrepair.. Unwanted... Unloved.. After a few moment's I feel a hand on my shoulder. Looking up I see Link staring back at me. "You ok?" He asks, his eyes soft and sympathetic. I shake my head, weeping quietly. "Do... you want to talk about it?"

"No." I say my voice filled with pain... pain that's always been there.. I look down, sobbing loudly. "Are you cold...? You're sitting in the snow... in shorts and a T-shirt." He says kneeling down in front of me. I nod weakly as he gives me a small smile. "Here.." He says helping me to my feet.

He walks me to the parking lot, unlocking a red car. He opens the passenger's side, helping me in. He walks around to the other side, getting in he starts the car. After a while we come to a small neighborhood. He parks the car. Getting out he comes to the passengers side of the car opening the door for me. "My parents should be gone for a while and my sister is still at school so it will be just us..." He says opening the door as I nod. He into the living room, leading me to a couch. "Sit." He says passing me a blanket, I wrap it around my body, feeling a heavy sad feeling pushing on my chest as Link leaves the room. "Here." He says handing me a cup when he enters the room again. "Thank you." I mumble, holding the warm cup tightly. He nods sitting down next to me. "Link...?"

"Hm?" He says tilting his head barley. "I'm sorry..." I mutter looking down at the warm cup in my hands. "For what?" He says quietly. "For being so rude... I-I... the things I said the other day I-I didn't mean them. and I-"

"It's ok.. I didn't really mind." He says cutting me off. "Do... Do you think we could start over?" I ask looking back up at him as he nods with a small sweet smile. "Thank you again." I say with a small smile of my own. A loud barking enters the house. "Do you have a dog?"
