Olivia and Tiffany Owens walked into the interrogation room together. Tiffany was going to help guide the conversation, while also making sure Olivia wasn't alone with Calvin when he wanted to hurt her.

"It's good to see you, Calvin," Tiffany spoke, a soft smile on her lips.

"You don't mean that," Calvin huffed, as he crossed his arms over his small chest. Tiffany could tell that he hadn't been fed well over the last several months that he had been in his mother's care. He was much too small for a ten-year-old.

"I mean that. We were all worried about you while you were gone. Now, where was your mother arrested?" Tiffany asked, as she pulled out Calvin's file from her bag. She sat it on the table along with a yellow legal pad.

"Ti-"

"Nope, don't be disrespectful. Call her Ms. Owens," Olivia corrected. Calvin rolled his eyes before exhaling slowly.

"Ms. Owens, my mother was arrested in Alabama. Why does that matter?"

"It's so we can inform the officials down there that she not only stole that car but also broke her release agreement. She knew that if she skipped town, that she could be arrested again," Tiffany explained. Calvin's eyes went wide, before he quickly hung his head and looked down at his lap.

He didn't expect for his mother's sentence to be extended due to her breaking the agreement.

"Where am I going now?" Calvin whispered.

"I guess it depends on how you act. If you continue to lash out at Sergeant Benson, we will be forced to place you in another foster home. You will not attack her or harass her. Do you understand me?" Tiffany asked. Ever since Calvin's attack, she had been more of a pushover. Now she was being stern and standing her ground.

"She's mean-"

"From what Detective Tutuola told me, you went to attack Sergeant Benson because you are angry that she moved on with her life. Is that true?"

Calvin looked up and eyed Olivia hesitantly. He was angry because he felt like Olivia didn't care about him anymore. That the moment he left town, she moved on as if he never existed. Yet that wasn't the case, and he didn't allow Olivia to explain that to him.

"She took apart my room," Calvin whispered.

"Sergeant, did you explain to Calvin why you took apart his room?" Tiffany asked, and Olivia nodded.

"Rafael and I told him we took it apart because we need space for the baby. And Calvin... we didn't take apart your room until a few weeks ago when I got the all clear on my pregnancy. I was holding out hope that you'd return, but everyone convinced me you probably wouldn't return," Olivia spoke, her voice shaking as the words left her lips.

"R-really?" Calvin asked.

"Really, Calvin. All of your stuff is in storage and we can always set up your room again. Things are just going to change because there is going to be a baby joining our family at the end of the summer and there is nothing you can do about that."

Calvin nodded weakly before slipping into a deeper slouch. He kept his arms crossed over his chest and waited for another question to be asked.

"Do I have to share a room with the baby?" Calvin grumbled.

"We will figure something out to allow you to have a private room. We may need to move again..." Olivia trailed off. Moving the first time was a pain in the ass, but moving again would be worse.

Not only is Calvin being a jerk and probably would continue being a jerk, Rafael was always busy and Olivia was pregnant and wouldn't have enough energy to move the entire apartment by herself.

"I will look into bigger apartments in your current area and send you options. Now, we have another matter to discuss," Tiffany spoke. Calvin closed his eyes tightly and knew that now they had to discuss school.

"Calvin, sit up and listen." Olivia frowned.

"Liv-"

"You haven't completed any school for this year yet. It is against the law to not have a child to go to some sort of school. Homeschool, online, public, private... Any kind. Now, you can either try to finish this entire year before the term closes, or you will be doing summer school and possibly have to repeat the year if the school believes it is for the best," Tiffany explained. Calvin sighed softly, before nodding slowly.

"What do you want me to do, Liv?" Calvin asked.

"It's up to you, I guess. But you are doing school either way."

The night, Olivia laid in bed beside her boyfriend and snuggled into his side. Rafael was rubbing small circles into Olivia's lower back as they listened to Calvin snore in his room. They had set up his bed and dresser again, but that was all for now. Olivia didn't want to put everything back to what it once was, just to have to pack it up and move it.

"Do you think he'll stick around?" Rafael asked, as he slowly moved his hand from Olivia's back and rested it on her hip.

"He doesn't have another choice, babe. His grandparents still don't want him, his father is in prison, and Vivian is facing additional charges for breaking the agreement. It's either us or foster care and he will not survive in a home. They are pretty much survival of the fittest and he is tiny," Olivia replied.

Rafael frowned deeply at the thought of his girlfriend being in foster care a few times when she was younger. He was almost hoping that Calvin's only option was foster care, since he didn't like the idea of Calvin having any alone time with Olivia at all.

"We have to move to allow for room for him and the baby. Rafael junior is going to need a lot of space," Rafael spoke. Olivia sat up slowly and smiled at her boyfriend.

"I'm going to be very kind about this, baby. But our child will not be Olivia junior nor Rafael junior. Got that?" Olivia grinned. Rafael smiled lovingly at Olivia before pulling her down and kissing her deeply.
