Scenario: No matter how much Jungkook bribes Seungcheol, with new toys, money, cookies, Jae is still gonna be the favorite parent. (obviously)

Jae couldn't help the smile that took over his face when looking at the sight in front of him.
His two little ones, Seungcheol and Jungkook, sat in the middle of the living room. They both sat in front of the tv, which was currently playing a teletubbies episode. Anytime something funny happened, Seungcheol would clap his hands as he laughed, Jungkook joining him, his bunny-smile spreading across his face anytime. While watching, Seungcheol was playing with his building blocks, his goal is to build the tallest tower ever. So far, his tower fell 3 times but that didn't stop him, as he was determined to complete his task.
"What are you looking at?" The question startled the older, causing him to sit up a bit but laid back as soon as he saw his husband (husband!) looking at him with an eyebrow raised.
Jae hummed, "I just love you, a lot, darling," This caused a pretty soft pink blush to appear on Jungkook's face. Even after so many years, Jungkook could still feel butterflies in stomach whenever hearing those words.
"I love you, too, butterfly," Jungkook replied back, leaning to peck the older lips, which he did back, happily.
"What about m-me, dad?" Seungcheol pouted at the lack of attention on him. His parents couldn't help but coo at him before Jae picked him up, setting him on his lap before landing a soft kiss on the baby's cheek.
"Oh, of course, my little one, I love you, too, so so so much," Jae said, continuing to plant kisses on the baby's cheeks, causing Seungcheol to giggle at the sudden kiss attack.
Jungkook couldn't help but laugh at the pair. They were his whole world and he wouldn't trade them for anything else.
Seungcheol let out a small giggle after his dad finished planting kisses on his cheek, "I love y-you, t-too, dad," Seungcheol glanced at his appa before something popped in his brain, "Hm, hyungie loves appa!"
"What?" Jae said in confusion as he looked over to Jungkook, who looked like a deer caught in the headlights.
"Hyungie loves appa!" Seungcheol said, again, giggling, before he got off Jae's lap, continuing to play with his blocks. Jae sent a look to Jungkook's way, who almost immediately started explaining.
"Jae, butterfly, look, Namjoon-hyung said he liked my shirt, so I told him I liked his shirt back! I was just being nice!" Jungkook exclaimed, quickly standing up and sitting next to Jae, looking at him frantically.
"No lie, a-appa, you said, I-I love you to j-joonie," Seungcheol said, pouting as he made his way to Jungkook, tapping his nose as if it was growing like pinocchio.
"I- no- I didn't!" Jungkook splattered, "Y-you do believe me, right? Jae, butterfly, right?" Jae smiled as Jungkook was bright red, almost embarrassed.
"I don't know, do I?" Jae tilted his head, almost mockingly, a teasing smile on his face.
"Jae..." Jungkook whined, pouting. He really didn't but who's he trying to convince here? Himself or Jae?
"Aw, come here, my love," Jae pouted, mockingly, as he hugged Jungkook close, "Of course, I do," He kissed his forehead, "But, seungie always tells the truth, don't you!" He said, picking up the kid from the other's lap, the little baby giggling and clapping his hands as a sign of agreement, nodding his head with a "yes, I do!".
Jungkook gasped, dramatically, "So, you believe seungie over me!" He placed a hand over his heart, dramatically crying, "After everything we've been through, butterfly!" He curled up a little for the dramaticness.
Jae rolled his eyes, playfully as Seungcheol got closer to his appa, who pulled him closer, "It's okay, appa, I forgive you. Y-you love dad more t-than j-joonie-hyung, right?" Jungkook cooed a little before nodding, telling his son how much he loves Jae just as much.
Jungkook hummed, "But, you know, I'm not gonna buy you cake since you broke the promise of telling dad," Seungcheol pouted, almost angrily, looking at his dad, who couldn't but smile and coo at him.
"Hey, it's okay, seungie, I will buy you cake since you told me the truth," Jae said, earning a playful glare from Jungkook, to which he laughed at a little, "Hey, you know what, grandpa dropped by and brought a cake, do you want some? It's strawberry, your favorite."
The little baby couldn't hold his excitement, clapping his hands. Jungkook watched with an open mouth as the loves of his life happily ran their way to the kitchen, he couldn't help but pout, crossing his arms as he stomped his feet from where he was sitting, like the very mature adult he was.
"Appa, d-don't you want c-cake? There's a lot for e-everyone!" Seungcheol's voice echoed through the walls of house and Jungkook couldn't help the smile that quickly took over his face when hearing that voice.
