 MOONS POV

Y/N had just left the daycare, which left me alone with Sun. A sigh of relief washes over the both of us as we collapse on his bed, but for some reason I couldn't fully relax. I kept on thinking about them. Y/N I mean. I could tell that Sun had the same problem. It was easier to tell from him, due to him being more emotional.

"Hey Sun?" I manage to call out.

 "What, brother?"

"What happened when I was gone retrieving that new ray of yours?"

The ray twitched as he tensed up, "We uh... made a banner together... I banned Mrs. Madden."

"Can I see this banner?" I asked.

He nodded, "I set it above the slide entrance."

I hopped off from the bed, and he followed me down to the ball pit. We both yawned as we climbed up the slide. The children weren't here so we didn't think it would hurt to break a couple of rules at this time. I exited first, looking at the banners glory before helping him out. I couldn't help but laugh at what Y/N added. Laughing faces and flames seemed to have made the banner better than any other Sun had made. Gosh, were they good at drawing.

"I tried to tell them that this wasn't very nice," He explained, "but they said that she deserved it so... I trusted them."

"What else did they tell you?" I asked, "I know you, and you would definitely not let this slide just because 'she deserved it'" I used finger quotes at the last part.

Sun's rays slightly retracted, "I was getting stressed out... I didn't want her to come in because of what was on the banner and hurt me like that again you know? Especially in the night when you aren't here sometimes." He looked down at the carpeted ground, "but... they told me that I could fight back if she fought first, and that made me feel better..." He trailed off as he looked up at me. His eyes told me that something else happened after that.

 "Go on." I told him.

He hesitated before obeying, "They hugged me... Moon. They know."

I froze. This ruined everything. They knew about the heating system in Sun. I had one too, and knowing Y/N they would want to see if I had it as well. My mind began to panic, but I wouldn't dare let that show. I was meant to be the calmer one after all. I can't be turning into Sun now. Regardless, Sun happened to notice the panic in my eyes. He gave my an apologetic look, not knowing what to say.

"It's fine," I tell him, "I'll just... have to keep my distance, that's all."

He nodded, but still looked afraid of what might happen in the future.

"Don't worry, all will be fine," I assured him, "We only have tomorrow, Friday, and this upcoming Monday until we can tell them, alright?"

He nodded for the second time in a row. I didn't want to wait. He didn't either. If we didn't, however, that would kind of ruin the fun and surprise on Valentines Day. Usually I wasn't this lovey dovey, but this is an exception.

Sun slid back down the slide first with a big cheer, and I slid down second. When we were both in the ball pit, I called the cable down and attached it to myself. Knowing what I was planning to do already, Sun hugged me from behind. From there we both floated up to the balcony. Our batteries had just lowered to around 10%. Sun thanked me as he immediately went to his charging pod, and I went to mine as well. It was the only other thing we kept as a secret other than our heating systems. How Y/N didn't notice them hiding under the beds? I had no idea. Maybe they thought it was something else. Still, I pulled mine out from underneath my bed, placing it below the blanket before plugging it into a nearby outlet. These charging pods were made so that we can 'sleep' a little more like people. I never understood why we couldn't just charge like the Glamrock's since no one could see us charge, but I didn't want to change the way I charged either. Hiding under blankets was comfortable then standing in sleep mode anyway. I yawned one last time before going into sleep mode. It was going to be a long day tomorrow...

I woke up to a sudden harsh tap to the shoulder. Still half asleep, I groan as I attempt to hide beneath my pillow, only to be tapped again.

"What do you want?" I hissed.

"Y/N is at the counter already, we slept in!" I heard Sun reply.

Wow, what a way to wake up.

I sat up, hopping off from my bed with a full battery. Sun ran off to keep Y/N occupied as I run to my mirror to make sure that everything was intact.

 Hat? Check!
Ribbons? Check!
Ruffles? Check!

I mentally checked everything off the list before hopping through the tunnel that separated our two rooms, landing with a tuck and roll. Before I knew it I was at the edge of the balcony, attaching the cable to myself yet again. Sun and Y/N were already talking.

"Why hello Y/N!" He greeted cheerfully, "Sorry for the wait, we overslept!"

Y/N laughed. Man, that laugh was adorable. I didn't realize I was staring until they looked up at me.

"Hello Moon!" The Daycare assistant waved.

I waved back before making the cable lead me to them. I made sure that I had landed on the ground before asking, "How are you?"

"I'm good, how about you?" They asked cheerfully.

"Decent, I suppose. Still surprised from waking up late I guess." I chuckled as I detached the cable from myself. The assistant seemed to have understood completely, nodding as they got up from their chair.

"I got some news to tell you guys by the way!" They announced. Their warm smile made me hope that this was something amazing, and I could tell that my brother was thinking the same thing.

"What is it?" Sun asked, his rays spinning in excitement.

"Well, the manager was wondering if I could work fulltime here... You know, just to make things easier for me."

I froze. I looked to my side to see that Sun was frozen as well, but he looked excited. This was... very sudden to me. This meant that I would have to move back into a room with my brother. I shuddered at the thought. Still, having Y/N around 24/7 would be amazing. To cut it short, we both happened to say yes to this. They were struggling to pay for their house after all, so this would take away some of the stress they were having before. Before we could even do anything else, the sound of giggling children and their parents played above the daycare theme. Out excitement for the news they told us was replaced with happiness for our guest's arrival. Y/N made sure to make the lights dim as the Sun and I went to go greet the children that were starting to slide down one by one.

I was liking this day already.
