     Present Day, Narnia

A BRONZE DRAGON of a considerably smaller size than Verzimir came skirting through the blue skies, dark golden wings spread. He soared from the sea, flying straight towards them, and almost run them through if Caspian and Jamie had not ducked. The Telmarine King shouted for Edmund in front, but it was too late when the dragon swooped down to snatch him from the ground. Jamie rushed to the Dark Tide, whose gave off a low roar as she rode his back and flew after the bronze dragon.

It passed by the Dawn Treader, flying fast with Edmund in his grasp. Verzimir barreled just behind it, roaring as he did. She could've ordered him to spew fire, and set the bronze dragon aflame, but she worried it would drop Edmund by mistake, so she flew Verzimir close enough to make sure no harm would come to her beloved. "Ed!"

     "Jamie!"

The bronze dragon wound through the rocky island, great wings flapping against the winds, and when Jamie looked down at the ground below, a message that sent chills down the Warrior Queen's spine was carved on the volcanic soil with dragonflame and lava: I am Eustace. "Holy shit." She cursed beneath her breath. Verzimir shadowed Eustace from above, casting a grayness upon him, it seemed to alert him as he flew faster, and back to the beach to set Edmund back on the ground.

When the Dark Tide landed on the rocky beach as well, Jamie did not immediately dismount him. On the shore awaited Caspian, who ran towards Edmund, worried and sword drawn. "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine. It's alright. It's Eustace." Edmund explained, which Caspian did not immediately understand as his eyebrows creased.

     "What do you mean?"

"The bronze dragon is Eustace." Jamie filled in. "It's true." Eustace the dragon eyed Verzimir warily, who growled lowly at him, as if to dare him to try anything. The Dark Tide was protective of Jamie, and anything that posed a threat to the Warrior Queen would be dealt with by use of dragonflame. But Jamie stroked his scales and spikes, soothingly, and he had no choice but to yield. Only then did she dismount from his back.

As the sun slowly set upon the horizon, Captain Drinian, Lucy, Zhev, Sailor Rhince alomg with his daughter, Gael, Reepicheep, and Tavros came onshore using a longboat. Lucy immediately hurried to engulf her brother in an embrace, burying her face into his neck. Zhev approached Jamie, a frown on his features.

"The skies have not housed dragons since our times, Verzimir is the only one that is still alive." Zhev murmured to her.

"That is not a dragon born." Jamie replied. "That is a dragon made."

     "What do you mean?"

     "It's Eustace Scrubb."

The bronze dragon kept picking at the golden bracelet on his wrist, seemingly aggravated by it. "Must've been tempted by the treasure." Edmund said, having told everyone else about the dragon's identity.
