Max's POV

It had been a few days since Jay had stayed over and it had been the best sleep I've had in a while but I know Erin is going to be at the bull pin today and I hate it why can't she just stay away from everything.

I was walking up to the gate to go upstairs to see Erin can't get throw the gate. I walk up to it and open it and with out a word I walked up to my desk that is in front of Jay's. I put my jacket on my chair and walk into the break room to get some shit coffee "what's wrong Max" I look to see Antonio "Erin is here today and make my life hell again" "so gym tonight" I give him a nod and we walk to are desks and today seems there is no cases it's paperwork day. Everyone is upset at the fact it's paperwork day, I was just sitting there doing my own paperwork with my ear pods in listening to music.

Three hours later

I had finished my paperwork about two hours ago so I've been helping Jay and Antonio with there paperwork thankfully I was good at paperwork so they didn't take much it so I have just been sitting in the changing room with my head against the wall. Erin has got Jay back around her finger again like I knew she would. I got up and left the changing room and walked to my desk "we heading out Max" Jay started to get up "hey Antonio" he looked up "we're going for a ride" everyone was shocked but as soon as Antonio saw my face he got up and ready to leave.

Jay's POV

What the hell was going on with Max I'm he's god damn partner not Antonio I walked into Hank's office "Halstead what do you need" I closed the door "what the hell is going on with Max I'm he's god damn partner not Antonio" Hank didn't look shocked "he got a lead and sent me a text asking if he could take Antonio besides I'm Max's partner for a while and Erin's your partner" I was pissed off I just walked out of Hank's office and tried to call Max but his phone was off. That's when Erin walked up to me and started kissing me I didn't stop her but when we pulled away "we shouldn't have done that" "you didn't stop me that means you want it" she was right I did want it I just wanted it from Max that's when we started to kiss again "let's get out of here" I followed her lead and we started to drive to my place.

Max's POV

We had pulled up to Jay's place Antonio didn't know what was going on "ok Max I'm fine going for a ride to calm you down but if you and Jay planned this I want no part in this" I look at Antonio and had him the tablet. "You bugged Jay's place what the hell is going on Max" "it was me and dad's idea to bug it to see if him and Erin would get together while she's in town or if he is going to be faithful to me" not even twenty minutes later Jay's truck pulled up. I got out the cameras and handed one to Antonio, I watched as Erin took the man who I thought couldn't hurt me into the apartment building I put the camera down tries running down my face. I grabbed the tablet and saw Jay and Erin getting naked I handed it to Antonio and I could here Jay and Erin. I got out of the car and puked "well great there goes my breakfast and lunch" I got back into the car and I rang Jay "hey Max what's up" "I'm sorry Jay that me and Antonio went to follow up on this lead" "that's alright Max voight let us leave early today" "the thing is that it's a ci of mine and Antonio" "no need to explain yourself to me I'll see you for drinks at Molly's tonight right" "yup see you tonight" "I love you Maxy bear" "same" I ended the call "that to face mother fucker" I had the water works going I didn't know what to do "do you want to go to the district or home" I look at Antonio I need a fucking drink"

Antonio had driven me to Mike's bar I walked in and sat at the bar "let me guess Erin" "I can't do this today Mike" "Max what happened" "Erin took the man I love from me today and I rang him and he just acted normal" I pulled out my phone and showed him the video and played the recorded phone call "you poor thing you must be heartbroken" I grabbed the beer bottle in front of me "no you don't need that what you need is your friends do you now where they all are" I look at my watch to see it's almost seven "probably at Molly's" mike nodded and helped me to Molly's.

When I walked in I saw all my friends Matt and Kelly were right by my side walking me down to the far end booth and we sat down "Max" I looked at Matt "hey Matty how are you" he looked shocked "what's going on Mike had walked you here walks going on and don't bull shit us" I look at most of team from 51. I looked back to Matty "Jay is cheating on me" I pulled out my phone and showed them the video and played the recorded phone call everytime I hear it I want to cry more and more, "oh Max how are you holding up" "not to great I went to Mike's bar and I thought that every good man on this earth has been taken." There were foot steps that belong to Jay everyone told him to get back but what he said next made me lose my fucking shit he said he has the right to see his lover. I got up and started throwing punch's into his face I got him in the balls I knew all the guys could feel that one. When he hit the ground I got on top of him and restarted punching him "this one is for making me care about you" I hit him again "this one is for cheating on me" a blow to the stomach "this one is for lying to me" one to the eye "and this one is for making me believe we could have gotten married" and straight to the balls "call your real lover to come and help you Mr Jay Halstead you cheating bastard."
