8 Years Later,

In Arora's Duplex (Their dream house)

Two 5 year old children were running around. The girl Tia and the little boy Tarun were running around the vegetable garden and the front porch. They both looked identical as they were twins.

Tia fell while running and started crying, Meera was watching them from afar, she ran to Tia and took her in her arms.

Meera carried the little girl to the kitchen, gave her water to drink and cleaned her legs with water. "There you go my little princess." She kissed Tia's chubby cheeks and Tia stopped crying. She ran back to her brother.

Tarun saw his sister was no longer crying and a smile crept back to both their faces. Sending Tia off, Meera went to the living room where Akshad was enjoying snacks with his brother Manik and his bhabhi, Sakshi.

Yes, Manik and Sakshi got married three years ago. Now Manik was looking over international business and Akshad was managing expansion and projects within the country.

Meera has her own firm where she gained big marketing projects and her blogs are getting love from all aged audiences. She is a celebrity now in her blogging community.

Meera loved the lifestyle in New York, but decided to settle with Akshad in Mumbai, as no other city screams home. Her adorable twins were now her whole world. Tia and Tarun were born healthy, thanks to both her mothers.

Mrs. Sheetal and Mrs. Rashi both went to live with Meera during 3 rd month of her pregnancy and they stayed till the twins were a few months old.

They fed Meera well and took care of her till the twins were ready to bloom in this beautiful world.

Akshad is grateful to have Meera in his life. Her ambitions are what he praises nowadays. Sometimes he feels neglected as she works hard and long hours. He gets happy when he sees her happiness.

Rupal is now doing a job in India. Studying abroad earned her a good package, high paying job and a caring finance. Yes, you heard right Rupal is engaged and planning to marry in the upcoming year.

Meera has made peace with her arranged marriage situation. She knows that this is exactly how she imagined her future. She loves and respects Akshad but more than that adores Tia and Tarun.

Meera tries to spend more time at home and whenever twins learn something new she feels proud to be their mother.

Mrs. Rashi and Raghuwansh now spend a lot of time traveling and visiting places. Last year they went to Assam and Rashi brought tea leaves for everyone.

Mrs. Sheetal is happy to be visiting New York with Mr. Vimal. Every year for 2-3 months she visits her other son i.e. Manik. She loves her grandchildren as if they are her own children.

2 months later,

Akshad and Meera were at the New York airport. They are ready to go back to their busy lives after the much needed 2 weeks vacation.

"Listen Baby" he said "Yes?" Meera replied.

"Let's plan more kids" he said with a smirk on his face. Knowing his intention Meera poked his chest and said "We don't need to have kids to make love , my hubby. I am content with us being a 4 person family for now."

She leaned in and kissed his lips and carried Tia and Tarun to their ticket checking counter.

Smirking, Akshad followed her like a hungry and lost puppy. He was craving to show her all the love he had for her. He was one unsatisfied man, couldn't get enough of her.

"My Ambitious Wife, you drive me crazy." he whispered in her ear and went ahead to board the flight. Once they landed in City of Lights #MUMBAI , They drove off to the luxurious duplex which was their "HOME".

AUTHORS NOTE:

Hello lovely people,

This is a beautiful beginning to their love story as well as the END of my first story in the Bride series.

Writing this story was a rollercoaster ride for me as for many years I struggled to complete it. But I wanted it to be epic, not just a random story. Hence I took my time.

Do tell me your views and remarks about MEERA and AKSHAD as individuals. And share your feedback so I can work on them for my upcoming projects.
