Bobby is unconscious on the floor and Sarah is beside him saying, "Hey dad please wake up, please." Dean is standing in front of them facing away looking over at Leviathan Castiel and whilst he's looking over at him asks Sarah, "Is he okay?" She speaks up saying, "Yeah he's alive." Bobby starts regaining consciousness much to Sarah and Dean's relief, she helps him get up and then Dean still looking over at Leviathan Castiel speaks up asking him, "So whoever or whatever you are, How many of you ass-clowns are in there? A hundred? More?" Suddenly the Castiel Leviathan starts dripping black fluid from his head that causes the three of them to look over at him.
Dean is the one that speaks up asking him, "Your vessel can't contain all of those, it's gonna explode isn't it? If I was you I wouldn't do anything too strenuous, so you know what I would do If I was you, I would call it a day and go home, huh." But Leviathan Castiel who is still dripping with black fluid just looks over at her Dean with a stern expression on his face and he finally after a moment looking at the three of them and says, "We'll be back for the three of you." He then whilst still dripping the mysterious black fluid walks away, Bobby had got up from the ground with the help of Sarah and they both head over to Dean, Bobby speaks up first and says, "Well this is definitely something new."

Whilst all of that was happening, Sam who has been halluting Lucifer has him pinned up against the wall and speaks up saying, "Look you aren't real, you can't be." That causes Lucifer to look him in the eyes laughing a little and then he speaks up saying to Sam, "Yeah right and you think this fruit-bat fever dream is the reality? Yeah see you come back without your soul, well that was until Saint Dean had glued you back together again with some magic amnesia, you see you and I are real but this is well just let's just called it set dressing."
The whole time that Lucifer was talking, Sam was trying for him to get Lucifer off of him, but failing and then he finally speaks up still scared he just simply says, "No." But that doesn't faze Lucifer and he continues talking by saying to Sam, "Just so you know you're in my cell and you're my bunk buddy and you're also my little bitch and yes I mean in every single sense of the term Sam, Sam?"
