Forest Daytime, Bobby, Sarah, Sam and Dean are walking through the forest and they look up at a bloodied arm hanging from a tree and Dean says "Well, I guess we found Phil." Bobby says "Wait a minute. Something's not right here." Dean says "Yeah, no kidding, Bobby. There's a corpse in a tree." Bobby says "Something bad's about to happen." Dean says to Bobby "Yeah, well danger's kinda on the W2 – that's why we got the guns." Blood drips from Bobby's cap,He puts his fingers to his head and sees more blood on his fingertips when he lowers his hand "Or something bad's happened already."

Inside a Old House Daytime, Sarah, Bobby, Sam and Dean enter and Bobby removes his cap and touches his head. There is a small amount of blood on his forehead "Balls." Sam asks "Y-you want to tell us what's going on?" Dean asks "Yeah, what's going on with your head?" Bobby says "I got shot in it!" Dean says "You What?" Sarah speaks up and says, "Dad that can't be possible we've been with you all day."  Dean says "Yeah, I think we would have noticed if you took a bullet." Bobby says "I didn't take one here I-I took one out there, i-i-in the real world." Dean says "You lost us." Sam asks "Look, Bobby, you – you want to sit down, seriously?"

Bobby replies with "No, there's something I gotta tell you. I-I... Dammit, I can't get at it." Sarah says "Well, it – it's okay dad take your time We're – we're right here." Bobby says "No, no, not you, you. Real you. Out – out there, in the waking world. Numbers. Numbers. Where's paper?" Bobby walks over to the table, on which there is a pen and notebook, and writes "I didn't have time before to tell you what..." Bobby writes "454895" in the notebook "...they're cookin' up. You need to know." Bobby puts the piece of paper from the notebook in his jacket pocket and Karen says "Well... Bedroom Daytime Karen is sitting on the bed in a nightgown and she was holding a baby in a pink blanket, he looks down at the baby it's Sarah as a newborn baby and Karen who is smiling looks up and says, "Well don't just stand there hand it over."

He looks confused that is until he sees that he's holding a bottle with formula and so he passes it over and then suddenly there is a thunderstorm which confuses Bobby and he says, "I don't remember a storm coming in the night this happened." Bobby goes to the window and sees a full moon and a sky full of stars. The stars all disappear and the reflection of the moon in the window fades Bobby sees a Young Boy running from behind a shed towards the house "Mother Mary. I've got a messed-up fruitcake." Karen asks "What Bobby?" Bobby says "Nuthin'. I gotta go. I'm sorry, darling and my baby girl."

Street Nighttime, Bobby looks around at lightening and hears thunder. He is behind Rufus, who is standing outside a building wearing a pest control uniform and Bobby is wearing the same outfit as Rufus and he says "Number-one trick, is act like you know what you're doing, Bobby." Bobby says "Rufus?" Rufus asks "What, I can't give you advice now? All of a sudden you know everything? You know, I can always go wait in the car." Bobby says "No, wait. I – I need your help. Bad." Rufus says "Yeah, damn straight you do." Bobby says to Rufus "No, listen to me, Rufus. I'm gonna die!"

Rufus says to Bobby "Oh, now that's a realistic view of the mortality rate on a ghost hunt." Rufus is holding an EMF reader, which lights up and makes noises "Whoa, whoa, Nellie, red line. All right, baby boy, here we go." Bobby says "No, Rufus!" Rufus enters the building, Bobby looks around. It is now raining, the Young Boy from earlier on runs down the street and then Rufus opens the door of the church again and asks "Are you coming, Bobby? I mean, we're not getting any younger here!" Bobby says "Coming."

He looks down to see the Young Boy in front of him, The Young Boy clasps Bobby's arm and says "God's gonna punish you." Bobby hears the sound of breaking glass and looks behind him to see a broken glass of milk on a tiled floor. When he turns back, the Young Boy is gone and Bobby enters the church. Once inside the church, Six people in red robes are standing at the front of the church Rufus walks towards a door at the side. The six people form a line and hold hymn books as if they are about to sing.
