Cabin Daytime, Sam is reading at the table and Dean watching television, on the screen , a woman is crying over a man's body Sarah and Bobby enters and Dean says "Dude... Ricardo." Bobby asks "What happened?" Dean says "Suicidio." Bobby says "Adiós, ese." Dean looks very moved at what has happened on the screen and Sarah says "Well, this ought to cheer you up." She throws the carkeys over to Dean which he appreciates and says looking at his very bandaged up leg, "My baby! Now I just got to get this stupid thing off and I can drive again." Sam asks "So how is it out there?"
Bobby says "Weird with a side order of bloody we talked to a few hunters, they're running into the same kind of thing that set up shop at that hospital." Dean says "Yeah, and don't forget tried to kill us at your place." Sarah says "Well, consensus is they're, um, they're like shapeshifters only a lot more into eating folk and nothing can kill 'em." Dean says "Good times, anything else?" Bobby speaks up again saying, "Anything else?" Bobby says "Yep, they bleed black goo." Sam says "Like that stuff that came out of Cas – those things from Purgatory. Uh... Leviathan."
Bobby says "Yep." Dean asks "What about those chompers that you and the sheriff saw at the hospital? They still making spleenburgers?" Sarah speaks up for Bobby and she says, "Yeah well, I made some phone calls apparently the doctor never showed back up to work. Ditto a nurse and some administrator." Sam starts to hear voices in his head, Lucifer in Sam's mind "You never left, Sam." Dean says "So they could be at any hospital in America." Bobby simply says "Yeah." Lucifer in Sam's mind "You're still in the Cage... with me." Dean asks "What do you think, Sammy? Sammy? Sam."
The three of them look over at Sam, Lucifer in Sam's mind "Sam..." Dean says "Hey, ground control! Sam!" Sam turns over his left palm and we see the healed wound on his hand "Yeah what I'm – I'm right here." Dean asks "You Okay?" They continue looking over at Sam and he says, "Yeah. I'm fine." There is a long pause and then Bobby says "Good because every last bit of info I ever had burned down, so..." Dean asks "What about this place? Rufus leave anything? Did you check the basement?" Bobby says "C-rations and dust, I don't think he'd been here in years. So, I got to go round up my old library."
Sam says "I thought you said most of those books were one-of-a-kind." Bobby says "Yeah. That's why I stashed copies all over the place." Dean says "Okay, good. Um... Hey, uh, two-legs we're fresh out of grub. Want to make a run?" Sam says "Sure. Yeah." Dean tosses the keys to Sam to the Impala and says "Be careful with her, would you? And, uh, Sam?" Sam says "Yeah?" Dean simply says "Pie." Sam says "Obviously." Sam leaves and once he's gone, Dean turns his attention and asks the both of them, So?"
