Zak
I am standing looking at Dia hold one of her new half-brothers. Her mother had given birth twin boys. Her mom looks tired but also admiration of her older children holding her new children. Ace is holding the other boy. They are so cute.
"Zak why are you just standing there. Come and see the babies," Mrs. Scoleman says. I walk up to be right behind Dia. Her head is at my chest, I put my arms over hers. I hope one day, we will be able to have children or a child. Even if it is adoption or a puppy as our child, I do not mind.
"I never thought I would see the day, Dia looks like she is going to settle down," Mrs. Scoleman says, I look up at her, but her attention is on Dia.
"Mom, I never believed you, but you were right," Dia says, looking up to see her mom. The baby in her hand starts crying, she looks down at him.
"Shhhh," she moves her arms up and down to try and stop the baby from crying, "Shh. It'll be alright. Shhh."
"You look good with children," I whisper in her ear. She ignores my comment and carry on looking after the baby.
