Soonyoung sat down on the swivel chair, letting his weight rest back on its backrest. His eyes were greeted with the silver ceiling. It was still dark outside. He intentionally came to the office earlier than usual as his mind was disturbed for being at home.

He still can't get over how his little sister going to be someone else's this weekend. It is not like he didn't want to let her go but the thought of her marrying to a stranger and live in the same house is enough to mess up his mind.

What if that guy is not a good guy?

What if that guy is not capable to take care of Soonhee as much as he did?

What if that guy is actually an abuser?

and more 'what if' kept running around every inch of his mind.

Soonhee is his one and only siblings. It makes sense why Soonyoung having a hard time to let her get married.

At least he wants her to get married with someone she loves. Someone that is capable of giving her the affection and love she deserves. Not with a stranger.

A click from the door making him jerk his head up to the door, showing his secretary " oh, sorry. I thought you are not here yet " she bowed lightly.

" It's okay. What brings you here, Arin? You are oddly early today "

She chuckled " early? It is already 7, sir "

Soonyoung frowned and looked at the watch that was wrapped around his wrist.

7:05 a.m.

He let out a sigh. Didn't know 40 minutes going to be passed by just like that. Soonyoung looked back to Arin and nodded " Yeah, sorry. I was drowned in thought. Do you need anything to be signed, Ms. Shin? " immediately turned the formal action on.

Arin walked deeper into his office as her heels clacked on the wooden floor " Nope, I was told to give you this " she uttered, placing a white envelope on top of the files on his desk.

" The sender? " He questioned, picking the envelope in his hand

Arin drew a smile as she tilted her head lovingly " Ms. Kwon Hwiyoung "

Soonyoung furrowed his eyebrows as he examined the envelope.

Why didn't her mum give it to him by herself?

" Okay, you may go now " Soonyoung uttered, not caring to spare a glance on her.

Arin nodded her head. Before she could turned away, Soonyoung called her again " Ms. Shin "

" Yes? "

" What is my schedule for today? "

" Meeting with the president of RY Hotel, at our meeting room on 10 a.m. and that is all for today "

Soonyoung nodded " Please remind me again 30 minutes before the meeting starts " he ordered

Arin widened her already wide smile and nodded " Yes, I will "

" Thank you "

Arin then whirled around, walking out of his office. Soonyoung then ripped the top of the envelope, pulling the paper out of its cover. He unfolded the A4 paper and trailed his eyes on the sentences that were type across the white paper.

" What the... "
